Minimum-cost network hardening algorithm based on stochastic loose optimize strategy by Guang-sheng ZHAO, Qing-feng CHENG, Yong-lin SUN

    Published 2015-01-01
“…To construst a minimum-cost network hardening (MCNH) scheme in large-scale network,a stochastic loose optimize strategy based algorithm (MCNHA-SLOS) was proposed, and its effectiveness was analyzed.MCNHA-SLOS was a near-optimal approximation algorithm, which could achieve iterative computations in the array of sparse spaces of the whole plan space,so that the near-optimal scheme must exist in the low cost plan space.Instantiation analysis and experimental results show that the MCNHA-SLOS algorithm to be efficient, precision controllable and asymptotically optimal, and thus very applicable for large-scale network.…”

Res-DNN based signal detection algorithm for end-to-end MIMO systems by Guoquan LI, Yonghai XU, Jinzhao LIN, Zhengwen HUANG

    Published 2022-03-01
“…Deep learning can improve the effect of signal detection by extracting the inherent characteristics of wireless communication data.To solve the tradeoff between the performance and complexity of MIMO system signal detection, an end-to-end MIMO system signal detection scheme based on deep learning was proposed. The encoder and the decoder based on residual deep neural network replace the transmitter and the receiver of the wireless communication system respectively, and they were trained in an end-to-end manner as a whole.Firstly, the features of the input data were extracted by encoder, then the communication model was established and was sent to the zero forcing detector for preliminary detection. Finally, the detection signal was reconstructed through the decoder.Simulation results show that the proposed detection scheme is superior to the same type of algorithm, and the detection performance is significantly better than that of the MMSE detection algorithm at the expense of a certain time complexity.…”

LEO multi-service routing algorithm based on multi-objective decision making by Li YANG, Jing SUN, Cheng-sheng PAN, Qi-jie ZOU

    Published 2016-10-01
“…In low earth orbit(LEO) satellite networks,in view of the unbalanced link resource,it's difficult to meet differentiated quality of service(QoS) requirements and easily lead to reduce the efficiency of the whole network.A routing algorithm based on multi-objective decision making was proposed which defined LEO satellite network transmission service as the delay sensitive, sensitive bandwidth and reliability sensitive three categories. It used the eigenvector method to calculate service weights, and used the consistency ratio to determine whether it can be accepted.Based on the multi-objective decision making theory,it combined with the actual state of satellite network nodes and links and the specific requirements of the business, calculating the path that meets the QoS requirements of the service,so as to realize the LEO satellite network multi objective dynamic routing optimization.Established simulation platform based on the iridium network system simulated network delay, the uncertain characteristics like the residual bandwidth and packet error rate, route planning for the randomly generated three classes of business. The simulation results show that, the algorithm not only satisfies the QoS constrain while balancing the traffic load of the satellite link effectively, but also improves the performance on the throughput.…”
