Numerical Simulation Method Study of Rock Fracture Based on Strain Energy Density Theory by Shuchen Li, Luchen Zhang, Qian Sun, Ma Tengfei

    Published 2018-12-01
“…This paper establishes the damage constitutive equation by combining the bilinear strain softening constitutive model with energy dissipation principles, as well as the energy failure criterion of mesoscopic elements based on the strain energy density theory. When the strain energy stored by an element exceeds a fixed value, the element enters the damage state and the damage degree increases with increasing energy dissipation. …”

RESEARCH ON THE STRENGTH OF METAL ADHESIVELY BONDED OF SINGLE LAP JOINTS BASED ON SINGULARITY THEORY by WANG YuQi, HE XiaoCong, DING YanFang

    Published 2015-01-01
“…In order to study the influence of different metal materials on the strength of adhesively-bonded single lap joints( SLJ),The adhesive bonding of SLJs whose adherends were aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, copper alloy and cold rolled steel were separately tested under tension-shear loading in ANSYS software based on singularity theory. The results show that the singularity order and stress intensity factor of adhesive joints decreased with the elasticity modulus increasing, the strength of adhesive joints increased with the elasticity modulus increasing.…”

RESEARCH CONCAVE CIRCULAR HOLE TEMPLATE LINEAR VARIABLE THICKNESS STIFFNESS AND STRENGTH THEORIES by LI ShaoJie

    Published 2015-01-01
“…This paper studies linear variable thickness circular aperture concave template theory of stiffness and strength calculation.First, set up mechanical model:Template for circular concave, outside the perimeter fixed; center has a round hole, inside the perimeter free, outside under uniformly distributed vertical load.Secondly, the establishment of mathematical model:Derivation of concave template in the axisymmetric condition, ordinary differential equation with variable coefficients of elastic curved surface, and gives the mathematical expressions of boundary conditions.Again,in view of the differential equation boundary value problem, the displacement method and the Matlab algorithm,it is concluded that the deflection of concave template function, and establish the stiffness calculation condition of concave template. Then, determine the concave template on the bending moment and the maximum bending moment and stress,so as to establish a concave template strength calculation conditions. Finally, numerical examples. This paper presents the function solutions,to change law of control concave template section variable parameters. In this way,not only highlight the interdependent relationship between the quantity of each, and optimization, and discussion and application. The result is suitable for uniform, continuous, isotropic material artifacts.Because in the process of calculation and data processing with error,so the formula is similar.…”

Measurement of Quality of Life III. From the IQOL Theory to the Global, Generic SEQOL Questionnaire by Soren Ventegodt, Joav Merrick, Niels Jorgen Andersen

    Published 2003-01-01
“…The Danish Quality of Life Survey is based on the philosophy of life known as the integrative quality-of-life (IQOL) theory. It consists of eight different quality-of-life concepts, ranging from the superficially subjective via the deeply existential to the superficially objective (well being, satisfaction with life, happiness, meaning in life, biological order, realizing life potential, fulfillment of needs, and objective factors [ability of functioning and fulfilling societal norms]).This paper presents the work underlying the formulation of the theories of a good life and how these theories came to be expressed in a comprehensive, multidimensional, generic questionnaire for the evaluation of the global quality of life SEQOL (self-evaluation of quality of life) presented in full length in this paper. …”
