Rethinking the Sustainability of Industrial Buildings in High-Density Urban Areas: Balancing Adaptability and Public Satisfaction

(2) The functional layout, historical value, and richness of public amenities in the transformed industrial buildings have a significant positive impact on the evaluation results, while the building’s construction time and floor area do not significantly affect public post-evaluation.
