    非均荷载下齿向应力与轮齿变形的数值模拟 by 符双学, 周长江, 程秀全

    Published 2010-01-01
“…Based on the considerable effect to numerical simulation of exact modeling,APDL-Matlab parametric modeling programming is used.Exactly gear teeth model is built by tooth profile curve derivation.A simulation method that contact load is linear before running-in and parabolic after running-in is supposed. Then, the trace stresses curves are deduced. The tooth root maximum stress of facewidth direction and varication rule of tooth deformation on line of action are contrasted and studied under non-uniform distribution load, linear distribution load and parabolic distribution load. The end stiffness effect and the continuity of tooth root stress and tooth deformation are validated.Under non-uniform distribution load, tooth root stress and tooth deformation are simulated and the results show that maximum tooth root stress increases but the tooth root maximum deformation decrease, due to non-uniform distribution trace load and end effect. The conclusions have some theory value on tooth profile optimal design and root trace load distribution improvement.…”

基于修形蜗杆砂轮的斜齿轮参数化设计 by 曾红, 刘鹏, 唐文, 王延忠

    Published 2014-01-01
“…According to the actual process of worm grinding wheel forming helical gear, the parameter mathematics model of the surface of helical gear and fillet is established. The helical gear tooth profile modification curve is achieved by modifying the profile of worm grinding wheel.By controlling the cutter radical feeding, the tooth profile of helical gear axial modification is achieved.By using VS 2008programming,the calculation of gear tooth surface, tooth root surface equation and the software interface design is accomplished. The feasibility of the design method is illustrated with an example.…”
