PRIMARY RESONANCE ANALYSIS OF MIDDLE EAR SYSTEM SUBJECTED TO NARROW-BAND RANDOM EXCITATION

    Published 2024-01-01
“…Taking the middle ear system as the research object, the nonlinear vibration characteristics of the human ear under narrow-band random acoustic excitation were studied.According to the three-degree-of-freedom nonlinear model of the middle ear,the nonlinear random vibration equation was established and the regular matrix was introduced to obtain the nonlinear vibration equation in the regular coordinate. The amplitude-frequency characteristic equation of the first-order primary resonance of the middle ear system was obtained by the multi-scale method.Through the bifurcation diagram and the maximum Lyapunov index,it was found that the middle ear system produces different motions under different excitations. The Ito stochastic dif⁃ferential equation of the middle ear system was derived, the approximate expression of the second-order moment of the system was obtained by using the rectangular method, and the influence of the random disturbance intensity on the middle ear system was verified. The results show that the resonance area of the system increases with the increase of the external excitation. When the random disturbance intensity increases, the thickness of the limit cycle of the phase diagram becomes thicker.…”

    新型机加工弹簧静压状态下的应力集中研究 by 王立超, 周燕飞

    Published 2021-01-01
“…The stress concentration at the end of spiral groove is very serious during the static tension and compression of the new machined spring, which has a great influence on the strength and fatigue life of the spring. The influence of spring basic parameters on the stress concentration coefficient was analyzed by ANSYS software, and the theoretical criterion for the existence of stress concentration in machined springs is determined. The effects of tangential stress release hole on compression deformation and stress concentration coefficient were investigated; Based on the strength theory and bending theory of curved beam, the formula of maximum equivalent stress without stress concentration was deduced. The results show that when the ratio of the width of the spiral groove to the pitch is less than 0.5,stress concentration occurs in machined springs with the middle diameter between 15 mm ~ 35 mm.The stress concentration can be basically eliminated by cutting stress release hole at the end of spiral groove and controlling its size to be close to the height of rectangular section. The error between the equivalent stress value of the inner ring and the simulation value is less than 3%.It provides an important reference for the subsequent engineering design and application of the new spring.…”

Nonlinear Analysis and Optimization of Recycled Aggregate Concrete Cross-Sections Based on Restoring Force Models by Chaolong Qi, Changqing Wang, Zhiming Ma

    Published 2025-01-01
“…The findings reveal that a reduction in the axial compression ratio from 0.60 to 0.57 results in a 15% increase in ductility, while a higher reinforcement ratio leads to a 20% enhancement. In addition, rectangular sections were found to be more sensitive to variations in material strength than square sections, offering key insights for structural optimization. …”
