    “…Currently, homomorphic encryption, secure multi-party computation, and other encryption schemes are used to protect the privacy of sensitive data in outsourced convolutional neural network (CNN) models.However, the computational and communication overhead caused by the above schemes would reduce system efficiency.Based on the low cost of functional encryption, a new convolutional neural network model over encrypted data was constructed using functional encryption.Firstly, two algorithms based on functional encryption were designed, including inner product functional encryption and basic operation functional encryption algorithms to implement basic operations such as inner product, multiplication, and subtraction over encrypted data, reducing computational and communication costs.Secondly, a secure convolutional computation protocol and a secure loss optimization protocol were designed for each of these basic operations, which achieved ciphertext forward propagation in the convolutional layer and ciphertext backward propagation in the output layer.Finally, a secure training and classification method for the model was provided by the above secure protocols in a module-composable way, which could simultaneously protect the confidentiality of user data as well as data labels.Theoretical analysis and experimental results indicate that the proposed model can achieve CNN training and classification over encrypted data while ensuring accuracy and security.…”

    “…With the explosive growth of Internet devices, the 5G new radio (NR) system faces congestion and high latency issues due to the low access efficiency of traditional orthogonal multiple access (OMA).Besides this, the performance of the orthogonal frequency-division multiplexing (OFDM)-based system is severely degraded due to the Doppler effect in high-speed scenarios.To meet the low-latency, high-reliability, and massive connection requirements of 6G communication in high-mobility scenarios, firstly, a novel orthogonal time frequency space (OTFS)-based pattern division multiple access (PDMA) scheme, shortened as OTFS-PDMA, was proposed.Then, the system input-output relationship of different types of PDMA codeword allocation schemes in the delay-Doppler (DD) domain was derived.Finally, a low-complexity expectation propagation algorithm (EPA)-based receiver was proposed.Simulation results illustrate that the proposed OTFS-PDMA scheme achieves significant performance gains over the conventional OTFS-OMA scheme.For regular PDMA patterns, the PDMA codeword allocation has a slight impact on the system performance.For irregular patterns, the centralized spreading method outperforms the discrete one.For discrete spreading scheme, the system can achieve better performance by assigning irregular PDMA spread signals along the Doppler direction.In addition, the proposed EPA receiver outperforms its conventional counterparts.…”

    “…Accurate flood forecasting is one of the main means to well perform flood control and drainage,and the long-short-term memory neural network (LSTM) has a strong ability to fit time series relationships,which thus is very suitable for simulating and forecasting the complex time series process of basin runoff generation and confluence.To explore the applicability of LSTM in the field of reservoir flood forecasting,this paper established an LSTM model according to different forecast periods in the Baipenzhu Basin and compared it with Xinanjiang model.The LSTM model uses the rainfall and water level data in the basin as input and adopts the water levels of the reservoir at different forecast periods as output.The calibration period is five years,and the verification period is one year.The results show that LSTM has high forecast accuracy when the forecast period is 1~6 h,and the forecast accuracy is the highest when the forecast period is 1h,reaching 0.991.As the forecast period increases,the accuracy of the LSTM model gradually decreases,but its forecast accuracy is higher than that of Xinanjiang model.In addition,reflecting the complexity of the neural network,the prediction period and the number of neurons in the hidden layer will affect not only the forecast accuracy but also the training speed of the model.It is proven that the LSTM model has high forecast accuracy and is of guiding significance to reservoir flood forecasting.…”
