    基于证据理论的齿轮故障诊断 by 熊伟, 程加堂, 徐绍坤

    Published 2011-01-01
“…For the reason of low-reliability exists in the gear fault diagnosis of traditional methods,a method based on evidence theory hybrid diagnosis algorithm is presented.According to the fault feature vectors, two parallel BP neural networks are used to carry on local fault diagnosis to acquire the independent evidences each other. Then evidence theory is employed to fuse evidences, and gear fault diagnosis is fulfilled finally.Example shows that, various faults redundant and complement information can be sufficiently used and the reliability of diagnosis is effectively improved.…”

Effect of Spiral Tube Arrangement on Temperature Field of Canned Motor for Nuclear Pump by CHENG Qi, LU Yi-ping, SUN Hai-feng, AI Li-kun, HAN Jia-de, XIE Zeng-lin

    Published 2022-08-01
“…The maximum temperature of main components of a canned motor is the key factor affecting the safe and stable operation of the canned motor.Especially for a canned motor with built-in spiral tube, the arrangement of spiral tube will have a great influence on the temperature field of the canned motor. In this paper, the physical model of cooling canned motor with built-in spiral tube was established and its internal spiral tube was arranged into two ways of staggered and parallel. Then, the temperature fields of the canned motor under two different arrangements were numerically simulated and contrastively analyzed by the finite volume method based on the CFD principle. The temperature distribution of the motor casing and the primary and secondary water shows the characteristics of low temperature in the upper part and high temperature in the lower part. The heat transfer of cooling water in the arrangement of staggered of double-layer spiral tubes is greather than that in the arrangement of parallel, and the overall average temperature of the canned motor is higher. …”
