“…هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مفهوم إستراتیجیة "کایزن" Kaizen، وإلقاء الضوء على النشأة، والمبادئ، والممیزات، والرکائز، ومراحل تطبیقها، ثم تحدید أبعاد متطلبات إستراتیجیة "کایزن"، وهی: (المتطلبات العامة لإستراتیجیة کایزن، ومتطلبات الصیاغة، ومتطلبات التطبیق، ومتطلبات التقویم) فی مکتبات کلیات ومعاهد جامعة أسیوط؛ وذلک من وجهة نظر العاملین فیها، وعقد مقارنة بین درجة توافر هذه المتطلبات فی مکتبات کلیات ومعاهد الجامعة الحاصلة على الجودة والاعتماد الأکادیمی، وغیر الحاصلة علیه، معتمدة فی ذلک على المنهج المیدانی بصفة أساسیة باستخدام الاستبیان کأداة رئیسة فی جمع البیانات؛ حیث تم توزیعه على کافة العاملین بمکتبات الجامعة، مع استبعاد العاملین بالخدمات المعاونة، وبلغ عدد عینة مجتمع الدراسة (291) فردًا من الذین أجابوا عن الاستبیان بنسبة 70,5% من إجمالی عدد العاملین فی تلک المکتبات، کما اعتمدت الدراسة- کذلک- فی جانبها العملی على منهج التحلیل المقارن؛ حیث تمت معالجة البیانات الواردة باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائی SPSS، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها: توافر "المتطلبات العامة لإستراتیجیة کایزن" فی مکتبات الکلیات والمعاهد المعتمدة بنسبة 77,75%، وفی المکتبات غیر المعتمدة بنسبة 74,40%، أما "متطلبات صیاغة إستراتیجیة کایزن" فبلغت نسبتها 76,63% فی المکتبات المعتمدة، وبنسبة 72,18% فی المکتبات غیر المعتمدة، وتوافرت "متطلبات تطبیق إستراتیجیة کایزن" فی المکتبات المعتمدة بنسبة 79,14%، وبنسبة 75,87% فی المکتبات غیر المعتمدة، أما عن "متطلبات تقویم إستراتیجیة کایزن" فی المکتبات المعتمدة کانت بنسبة 73,54%، وبنسبة 69,94% فی المکتبات غیر الحاصلة على الاعتماد، ومن ثم فإن جمیع متطلبات إستراتیجیة "کایزن" تتوافر بدرجة (جید) فی مکتبات کلیات ومعاهد جامعة أسیوط المعتمدة وغیر المعتمدة. …”
