Digital economy-driven export sophistication: mechanisms of market integration and human capital restructuring by Jie Liu, Yexuan Guan, Mengjie Guan, Jingya Yu

    Published 2025-06-01
“…It is found that the digital economy has a significant positive impact on export upgrading, and the results are robust after both robustness test and endogeneity test; the export upgrading effect of digital economy will weaken with the development of digital economy; the digital economy policy represented by "broadband China" has produced a significant export upgrading effect; the digital economy can drive export upgrading by reducing market segmentation and promoting market integration; the impact of the digital economy on export upgrading has a double-threshold effect with human capital as the threshold variable, which shows that when human capital is in the second threshold range, it is more closely integrated with the digital economy and can better exploit the export upgrading effect of the digital economy; the heterogeneity analysis reveals that the export upgrading effect of digital economy is more significant in central and western regions than in the eastern regions, and the export upgrading effect of digital economy is more significant in regions with higher degree of industrial structure optimization. …”

A Quantitative Exploration of Australian Dog Breeders’ Breeding Goals, Puppy Rearing Practices and Approaches to Socialisation by Jessica K. Dawson, Deanna L. Tepper, Matthew B. Ruby, Tiffani J. Howell, Pauleen C. Bennett

    Published 2025-08-01
“…The majority of breeders housed their litters within their residence for the initial weeks of life but the socialisation experiences they provided were variable in type and frequency. Longer-term breeders and those with larger, more intensive programs reported providing human-focused socialisation experiences less frequently, though the correlational nature of these findings require cautious interpretation. …”

Prediction of food allergy reaction severity: biomarkers and host factors by David J. Fitzhugh

    Published 2025-08-01
“…Specifically, BAT demonstrates superior discriminatory power for severe peanut and baked egg reactions, whereas Arah2 component level above 1.4 kU/L suggest a more severe peanut allergy phenotype. Host factors, including comorbid conditions, age, and behavioral variables, further complicate severity prediction. …”
