Analysis of the throughput in full-duplex WLAN
Published 2016-06-01“…WLAN is one of the important ways of accessing mobile internet. However, the performance of WLAN declines rapidly as the number of users increases.Improving the performance of WLAN with high density deployment is an important research direction of WLAN technology.Distributed coordination function(DCF)which was the basic media access method of IEEE 802.11 in infrastructure-based networks was modeled and the bottleneck of downlink throughput was pointed out.Taking advantage of full-duplex technology where there was a breakthrough in recent years,a new MAC protocol was designed and analyzed.By providing the AP full-duplex transmitting ability and simple modifications to traditional DCF protocol, the new protocol made the downlink throughput breaking through the bottleneck in infrastructure-based WLAN and increased the total throughput by more than 60%.…”

Noise robust chi-square generative adversarial network
Published 2020-03-01“…Aiming at the obvious difference of image quality generated by generative adversarial network under different noises,a chi-square generative adversarial network (CSGAN) was proposed.Combing the advantages of quantification sensitivity and sparse invariance, the chi-square divergence was introduced to calculate the distance between the generated samples and the original samples, which could reduce the influence of different noises on the generated samples and the quality requirement of original samples.Meanwhile, the network architecture was built and the global optimization objective function was constructed to enhance the adversarial performance.Experimental results show that the quality of the images generated by the proposed algorithm has little difference, and the network is more robust to different noises than the state-of-the-art networks. The application of chi-square divergence not only improves the quality of generated images, but also increases the robustness of the network under different noises.…”

Stereo Image Segmentation Based on Graph Cut and Visual Correlation
Published 2015-11-01“…Stereo image segmentation is a crucial and difficult issue in the field of object-based stereo image processing.By improving the Grabcut algorithm and exploiting the inter-view correlations,a novel stereo image segmentation scheme was proposed. The original left image was firstly transformed into a super-pixel image by improving the Slic algorithm. Then the super-pixel image was segmented and the foreground object in the left image is extracted based on the framework of Grabcut, where the energy function was rebuilt. Finally,by exploiting the inter-view correlations between the left and the right images, the foreground object in the right image was obtained based on contour correspondence by fusing color and texture features. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more efficient and can achieve better segmentation results than the existing methods.…”

Cognitive network channel allocation method based on the queuing delay and game analysis
Published 2012-06-01“…A new dynamic spectrum allocation method for distributed cognitive radio networks was proposed. In the method, packet transmission success rate is chosen as the utility function, the transmission delay is resolved by the priority queuing model, and the user’s channel allocation strategy is achieved by distributed game.Compared with other algorithms, the policy iteration process is improved effectively, and a dynamic strategy adjustment step is adopted. Each network user dynamically adjust their channel choose strategy based on current perception of the remaining user’s strategy. The proposed algorithm lets channel selection strategy converge more quickly to equilibrium point, and effectively suppresses the policy shocks. The simulation results validate the proposed algorithm.…”
