“…The factors influencing the COP of compressors were analyzed The compression efficiency was increased by adopting the non-valve guard suction reed valve and thin steel valve plate,using semi-direct suction manner and muffler,optimizing heat transfer of the suction inlet and cylinder head,and changing the diameters of the suction hole and discharge hole of the valve plate and inner-discharge pipe.Applying the slender crankshaft,the level rolling bearing technology,and lower viscosity refrigeration oil,increased the mechanical efficiency.The design of the motor was optimized by adopting RSCR motor with optimizing capacitor design,using high magnetic strength and low dissipation silicon-steel sheet,raising the height of stator,and increasing the main coil.The processing accuracy of the component,the fit-up gaps of the moving parts, the requirements of gas tightness detection,and the fit-up technology of the rotors and stators were proposed.The experiments and comparisons show that the COP of this newly developed R600a compressor can reach 1.75.…”
