    弧齿锥齿轮铣齿加工三维应力仿真及分析 by 聂现伟, 严宏志

    Published 2010-01-01
“…According to dimensions, cutter parameters and machining parameters of spiral bevel gears, spiral bevel gear machining 3-D models are established.Several key finite element analysis techniques of metal cutting processes, such as the separation criteria, the definition for interaction of cutter and chip, the friction mode, are studied. The finite element models of spiral bevel gears are established, and milling process of a tooth surface is simulated in different parameters. In addition, the shape and the stress of the cutting layer for results of simulation are analyzed. The results show that: the rake angle and cutting layer deformation increase, the main cutting force decreases;the cutting speed increases, the main cutting force decreases;the rake angle should be 20°,the cutting speed should be the faster one which is based on actual situation. It could be used to select and study the process parameters of spiral bevel gear milling process.…”
