The author characterizes the technology of anti-crisis management, which involves the following steps: identification of negative impacts from the social or internal environment; forecasting the sequence of possible crisis phenomena; drawing up an action plan to prevent the manifestations of various types of crises; elaboration of various types of regulations; advanced training of teachers; identification of measures to minimize the impact; and implementation of measures to enhance the competitiveness of an educational institution; directing the activities of the team to overcome obstacles; promoting the prevention and overcoming of conflicts in the team; strengthening the responsibility of the team members for the performance of their job functions and the educational institution; introducing continuous monitoring of the state of the pedagogical system in the educational institution; developing a strategy for realizing the opportunities for the development of the educational institution by avoiding crises. …”
