Study on the Relationship Between Groundwater Depth and Land Use Change Based on Indicator Kriging Method by XU Yueyue, SU Tao, LEI Bo, WANG Lei

    Published 2021-01-01
“…It is very important to study the temporal and spatial variation of groundwater depth for the rational development and utilization of groundwater resources, the promotion of crop growth and the prevention and control of land salinization.Taking Jiefangzha of Hetao Irrigation Area as the research area, this paper analyzes the spatial-temporal variation of groundwater depth in different irrigation periods by the indicator Kriging interpolation, and explores the relationship between different groundwater depth and land use type change with land use type classification map.The results show that:①The annual variation of groundwater depth in the Jiefangzha irrigation area presents a double-peak curve. The minimum value appears in May and June, while the maximum value appears in August and September. On the whole, the groundwater depth in the irrigation area shows an increasing trend in each year, and the groundwater depth gradually increases from southwest to northeast, with the characteristics of shallow buried area increasing and deep buried area decreasing;②The groundwater depth changes from 1.82 m to 1.99 m,which is conducive to the stable growth of cultivated land, forest and grassland in irrigation area. From the perspective of regional ecological environment change, when the groundwater depth is greater than 2 m,there is an adverse transformation of land degradation.…”

Advanced Glycation End-Products and Hyperglycemia Increase Angiopoietin-2 Production by Impairing Angiopoietin-1-Tie-2 System by Alessandra Puddu, Roberta Sanguineti, Davide Maggi, Massimo Nicolò, Carlo E. Traverso, Renzo Cordera, Giorgio L. Viviani

    Published 2019-01-01
“…We found that culture for 5 days in the presence of AGEs and HG (alone or in combination) decreased cell proliferation, increased reactive oxygen species (ROS) production, and reduced ratio between the oxidized and the reduced form of glutathione. Since angiopoietin-1 (Ang-1) signaling regulates angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) expression through inactivation of the forkhead transcription factor FoxO1, we investigated intracellular signaling of Ang-1 and expression of Ang-2. …”

Research on deception defense techniques based on network characteristics obfuscation by Jinlong ZHAO, Guomin ZHANG, Changyou XING

    Published 2021-08-01
“…There is usually a reconnaissance stage before a network attack, the attacker obtains the key information of the target system through techniques such as traffic analysis and active scanning, to formulate a targeted network attack.Deception defense techniques based on network characteristics obfuscation is an effective strategy to confront network reconnaissance, which makes the attacker launch an ineffective attack by thwarting the attacker's reconnaissance stage. The technical principle of the existing obfuscation defense solutions was analyzed, the formal definition of network obfuscation was given, the existing research works were discussed from three aspects, and finally the development trend of the obfuscation deception defense technique were analyzed.…”

Analysis and Establishment of the Isothermal Elastohydrodynamic Lubrication Model of the Cylindrical Gear with Arcuate Tooth Trace by Zhou Bo, Hou Li, Wei Yongqiao, Li Bo

    Published 2015-01-01
“…The cylindrical gear with arcuate tooth trace has advantages of high bearing capacity, high contact strength and steady transmission, etc. But there are also failure modes such as the wear of tooth surface, pitting and scuffing when it drives,it is mainly because of the bad lubricating condition. So ensuring that it is always in good lubricity would be critical. After analyzing the meshing contact process of cylindrical gears with arcuate tooth trace, the contact model of gears is simplified.Based on the elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory, the physical and mathematical model of isothermal elastohydrodynamic lubrication for the cylindrical gear with arcuate tooth trace are established.Through the direct iterative method and Fortran procedure, the numerical solution of the model is solved and the characteristic curves of oil film are got.The influences that entrainment velocity, load and viscidity bring to lubrication characters of the cylindrical gear with arcuate tooth trace are analyzed and compared. The results show the entrainment velocity is the most important cause for the oil film thickness, the viscidity has important influences both on the oil film pressure and thickness, and the load influences less relative to other two factors.Besides, using the oil film thickness ratio, the lubrication state of gears could be estimated, which helps keeping gears approach the elastohydrodynamic lubrication state when designing.…”
