Tooth Surface Design and Finite Element Analysis of Circular-arc Tooth Curvilinear Cylindrical Gear
Published 2015-01-01“…On the basis of the meshing theory of circular-arc tooth curvilinear cylinder gear, the corresponding design method and cutting theory are studied, and the tooth surface forming principle is analyzed.By using a double-sided cutter generating method and taking the cutting cone tooth surface which formed by cutter blade rotating as the imaginary tooth surface, the meshing process of the circular-arc tooth curvilinear cylindrical gear is simulated, the tooth surface equation is derived, the tooth surface numerical simulation is carried out and the visualization is realized. Then, the finite element mesh model is imported into ABAQUS software to carry out the finite element analysis, the contrastive analysis between the finite element analysis result and Hertz contact theory is carried out,and the result shows that built finite element model is reasonable.Through the comparison between the analysis results and the cylindrical gear with the same size, the result shows that the contact strength of circular-arc tooth curvilinear cylindrical gear is better than spur involute cylindrical gear.Beside, through the comparison analysis of the three groups size calculation examples of cutter radius, the relation between the cutter radius size and stress size is obtained.…”

Analysis of Stiffness Characteristic of Five-degree-of-freedom Hammer Riveting Robot based on Spiral Theory
Published 2022-03-01“…In view of the characteristics of the 5-DOF hammer riveting robot, combining Lie group Lie algebra and spiral theory, its kinematics model is established and solved; use the exponential product formula to derive the Jacobian matrix of the robot, and use the stiffness mapping theory to solve the stiffness matrix of the robot; the finite element and Matlab simulation software are used to simulate and verify the end deformation under the general pose and the extreme pose, and the stiffness distribution map of the robot in the task space varying with the change of pose is given;the simulation result is compared with the theoretical calculation value and the error is not more than 10%,which verify the correctness and effectiveness of the established stiffness model and provide important reference for optimization of subsequent work path.…”

Infrared and transcendental structure of two-loop supersymmetric QCD amplitudes
Published 2020-01-01“…This generalizes the previously observed cancellation of weight-2 terms in the superconformal theory, where Nf = 2Nc for gauge group SU(Nc). The subtraction scheme follows naturally both from general IR factorization principles and from an integrand-level analysis of divergences in this amplitude. …”

A presentation of the torus-equivariant quantum K-theory ring of flag manifolds of type A, Part II: quantum double Grothendieck polynomials
Published 2025-01-01“…The main ingredient in our proof is an explicit formula expressing the semi-infinite Schubert class associated to the longest element of the finite Weyl group, which is proved by making use of the general Chevalley formula for the torus-equivariant K-group of the semi-infinite flag manifold associated to $SL_{n+1}(\mathbb {C})$ .…”
