Blind audio watermarking mechanism based on variational Bayesian learning by Xin TANG, Zhao-feng MA, Xin-xin NIU, Yi-xian YANG

    Published 2015-01-01
“…In order to improve the performance of audio watermarking detection,a blind audio watermarking mechanism using the statistical characteristics based on MFCC features of audio frames was proposed. The spread spectrum watermarking was embedded in the DCT coefficients of audio frames.MFCC features extracted from watermarked audio frames as well as un-watermarked ones were trained to establish their Gaussian mixture models and to estimate the parameters by vatiational Bayesian learning method respectively. The watermarking was detected according to the maximum likelihood principle. The experimental results show that our method can lower the false detection rate compared with the method using EM algorithm when the audio signal was under noise and malicious attacks. Also, the experiments show that the proposed method achieves better performance in handling insufficient training data as well as getting rid of over-fitting problem.…”

Improved ResNet algorithm based intelligent interference identification by Jian MA, Guangjin ZHANG, Lei ZHANG, Jingwei DAI

    Published 2022-10-01
“…The labor cost of the current network operation and maintenance is high and the efficiency is low.How to quickly and accurately identify the type of network interference, and improve the work efficiency of the maintenance personnel has become an urgent problem to be solved. An intelligent interference identification method of improved deep residual network (ResNet) was studied. The interference data was collected and preprocessedby connecting with the communication interference data interface of the operator's northbound network management. The type of itwaslabelled and corrected by the current network experts to form an offline interference data set. Then the interference frequency domain information was used to generate the interference spectrum waveform image, and performed image processing and data processing for different interference types. After that, the traditional Res Net algorithm was improved according to the business characteristics to extract the features of single interference type. The features were weighted in the compound interference type to identify any type of interference. Finally, the interference data was identified online by importing the trained model, which effectively improved the accuracy and efficiency of interference identification.…”

Study on domain adaptation of medical data based on generative adversarial network by Hufei YU, Jingxi WEN, Jiang XIN, Yan TANG

    Published 2020-09-01
“…In the study of medical imaging aided diagnosis, researchers often collect a lot of training data coming from different hospitals (named variety fields). But because of the certain field has insufficient training data, the deep learning model would get very poor performance on the test data of this field. To mitigate this problem,a method to study domain adaptation of the difference between male and female brain images based on the generative adversarial network was proposed. The data distribution of different domains was learned and the key features were extracted by using the generative adversarial network, and then the differences between male and female brain images in different domains were studied based on the extracted key features.Experiments show that the method can also achieve more than 80% recognition accuracy in the domain with only a small amount of data involved in training.…”
