Levels of Achieving Plasma Leadership Behaviors of Deans in Higher Education

Nonparametric tests were used for data analysis. The findings suggest that while demographic factors such as gender, seniority, and faculty affiliation may not significantly impact the perceptions of deans' plasma leadership behaviors, the length of time an academician has worked with the dean plays a crucial role in shaping these perceptions.…”
