    Impact of long-distance (up to 3.500 km) deceased donor liver transportation on cold ischemia time, initial graft function and transplant outcomes by A. I. Sushkov, K. K. Gubarev, V. L. Vinogradov, V. S. Rudakov, D. S. Svetlakova, A. A. Fedyunin, M. Krstich, A. I. Zakhlevnyy, A. I. Artemiev, S. E. Voskanyan

    Published 2021-03-01
“…Currently, a long-distance transportation of the deceased donor livers is not a routine practice for Russian transplantation centers; therefore, a research-based analysis of even relatively small single-center experience seems to be a topical task. The study purpose was to evaluate the impact of long-distance donor liver transportation on the cold ischemia time, the initial graft function as well as on immediate and long-term transplant outcomes.Material and methods. …”

Dysregulated lipid metabolism in late preterm low birth weight neonates: A case-control study on maternal lipid levels and early metabolic programming implications by Jing Liu, Lijuan Tang, Qi Sun, Di Lv, Yuanmei Chen, Fang Ye, Die Liu, Qin Hui, Haixiao Liang, Chao Wang, Qi Zhang

    Published 2025-06-01
“…This study specifically examines whether the convergence of prematurity and growth restriction synergistically disrupts lipid metabolic programming. Methods Using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS), we compared lipidomic profiles of 88 plasma samples: 45 LPTB-LBW (340/7-366/7 weeks, <2,500 g) and 43 later preterm birth-normal birth weight (LPTB-NBW, 340/7-366/7 weeks, 2,500–4,000 g) controls. …”

PREPARATION AND TENSILE PROPERTY OF 3D POROUS LATTICE STRUCTURE FOR SKIN TISSUE ENGINEERING SCAFFOLDS by FANG Chuang, JI XiaoGang, WANG Wei

    Published 2024-08-01
“…Digital light process(DLP)forming method has the high forming speed and accuracy characteristics, and can be better used for the preparation of tiny size structures. Therefore,in this study,a new 3D porous lattice structure obtained by artificial topology⁃optimized square lattice as a single cell and spatial 3D equally spaced array of the single cell was designed. Then a flexible and elastic photosensitive resin by using DLP forming method for preparation experiments was carried out.The influence of DLP printing on the formation of the lattice structure and the forming effect were investigated. The tensile mechanical properties of all samples of complete structure without siltation were studied. The results show that the new porous structure prepared by DLP printing has clear internal pores and good connectivity in which the porosity reached more than 80%,and the elongation at break is also above 856%,among which the tensile toughness of lattice structure 3 is the largest and its comprehensive tensile properties are the best. The structure can be widely used in skin tissue engineering scaffolds, flexible electrodes, fragile product clamping fixtures, etc.…”
