Response Characteristics of Steppe Inland River Basins under Climate Change and Its Impact on Runoff from 1982—2020 by CHEN Hongguang, MENG Fanhao, SA Chula, LUO Min, WANG Mulan

    Published 2022-01-01
“…Based on hydro-meteorological data and normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) from 1982 to 2020,this paper studies the Wulagai River basin in Inner Mongolia and analyzes the vegetation response characteristics of the basin under climate change and its impact on runoff by adopting a hydrological model of soil and water assessment tool (SWAT) and statistical analysis method. The results show that the SWAT model has good applicability in the basin. The Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency coefficient (NSE) and coefficient of determination (R2) are larger than 0.62 in both regular and validation periods, and the relative error (PBLAS) is less than 18.8%.In the last 40 years, precipitation in the basin decreased slowly at a rate of 8.9 mm/10a,while temperature and actual evapotranspiration increased at a rate of 0.43°C/10a and 2.8 mm/10a,respectively,which indicates that the basin is becoming warm and dry.As the basin climate gets warm and dry,the vegetation recovers and grows vigorously. As a result, climate change and vegetation recovery lead to a reduced runoff depth of the basin. The study results can provide a reference for ecological conservation and sustainable utilization of water resources of inland river basins in arid and semi-arid regions.…”

    基于逆动力学的柔性机械臂力学特性研究 by 刘晓芳, 张洛花

    Published 2014-01-01
“…In order to study the mechanical property of the flexible manipulator, through using the low vibration manipulator inverse dynamics and time-varying modal expansion method to establish dynamics model of the single-link flexible manipulator, the manipulator self-excited vibration model is introduced to calculate the elastic model, the calculation method of optimal input torque and optimal torque disturbance is proposed, and the dynamic response analysis on different working conditions of joints is carried on,and finally the related model is established based on numerical calculation data to make a numerical validation. The results show that in the process of flexible manipulator modeling includes nonlinear terms, eliminating model linearization error, giving the structure and movement of the manipulator arm when requires, the optimal input torque can be calculated firstly to achieve the openloop control manipulator.By using perturbation model to understand the role of flexible, the convergence and speed of the algorithm are significantly improved compared with ordinary model, the results have good robustness. When rotating joints fixed, manipulator endpoint for harmonic vibration,if the natural frequency of the vibration frequency is close to the manipulator, the disturbance response divergence, and vice versa for the steady state vibration, when the joint moves fixed, manipulator endpoint for uniform rotation, when the speed is less than the critical speed, the disturbance attenuation response or stabilization, otherwise divergent.…”

Landslide Displacement Prediction Model Based on Time Series and CNN-GRU by FU Zhentao, LI Limin, WANG Lianxia, REN Ruibin, CUI Chengtao, FENG Qingqing

    Published 2024-01-01
“…Landslide displacement prediction is an important basis for early landslide warning. This paper proposes a prediction model of landslide moving states based on time series and convolutional gated recurrent unit (CNN-GRU) to deal with the shortcomings of previous prediction models.Firstly, after employing wavelet analysis to determine the displacement of the trend term, the exponential smoothing method is adopted to decompose the cumulative displacement to obtain two displacement types of the trend term and the periodic term, and the trend term is fitted by a five-order polynomial. Then, the autocorrelation function is utilized to test the periodic displacement characteristics, and the gray correlation method is applied to determine the correlation degree between each factor and the periodic term.Meanwhile, the periodic term and the influencing factor are input into the CNN-GRU model for prediction, and finally the predicted cumulative displacement value is obtained by superposition.By taking the Baishui River landslide in the Three Gorges Reservoir area as an example, this paper selects the data from January 2004 to December 2012 for study, and the average absolute error percentage of the final prediction results is only 0.525%,with RMSE of 9.614 and R2 of 0.993.Experimental results show that CNN-GRU has higher prediction accuracy.…”
