Study on the Joint Distribution of Annual Maximum Flood of Changzhou Reservoir Based on Copula Function by HUANG Feng, HOU Guibing, YI Ling, LI Yuanyuan, WANG Baohua

    Published 2020-01-01
“…The annual maximum flood magnitude and occurrence time are of great significance to the safe flood control and comprehensive benefits of reservoirs.Taking Changzhou reservoir as the example, this paper uses Von Mises function distribution and Pearson Type Ⅲ distribution to describe the time probability distribution of flood and probability distribution of peak discharge respectively, establishes the joint distribution of the two variables of the occurrence time and magnitudes of the annual maximum flood based on Frank Copula function, and describes the occurrence time distribution characteristics, joint return period and conditional return period of annual maximum flood in Changzhou reservoir. The results show that the joint distribution function based on Frank Copula function can fit both occurrence time and magnitudes of the annual maximum flood well, and can effectively mine the information of inflow flood, which can provide reference for the optimal dispatching and risk management.…”

Gradient descent Sarsa(?)algorithm based on the adaptive potential function shaping reward mechanism by Fei XIAO, Quan LIU, Qi-ming FU, Hong-kun SUN, Long GAO

    Published 2013-01-01
“…In the reinforcement leaning tasks with continuous state spaces, the algorithms are usually facing the problems of ill initial performance and low convergence speed. In order to solve these problems, the potential function shaping reward mechanism was proposed to improve the reinforcement learning algorithms. This mechanism propagates model knowledge to the learner adaptively in the form of the additional reward signal,so that the initial performance and convergence speed could be improved effectively. In view of the good performance and existing problems of the radial basis function (RBF) network, the adaptive normalized RBF (ANRBF) network was put forward to use as a potential function to generate the shaping rewards.A gradient descent (GD)algorithm named ANRBF-GD-Sarsa(?) …”

Dynamic scheduling method of service function chain executors based on the mimic defense architecture by Chuanhuang LI, Jingjing TANG, Yangting CHEN, Rui LEI, Chao CHEN, Weiming WANG

    Published 2022-04-01
“…Faced with the problem that static and lagging traditional defense technologies cannot effectively deal with new network attacks, according to the theory of mimetic security defense, a defense architecture of mimic service function chain (MSFC) based on the data forwarding level was proposed, and an execution dynamic scheduling method based on the decision feedback was further proposed. The method took the abnormal executor information fed back by the decision maker, the heterogeneity of executors and the actual load of the system as the scheduling influencing factors, so that the scheduling method can be adjusted adaptively according to the actual changes of the network. In addition, the scheduling method used decision feedback to adjust the scheduling time, so as to achieve the best balance between system cost and security, and reduce the resource overhead of the system.Simulation results showed that the scheduling method can select a set of highly heterogeneous actuators that better meet the current network requirements on the basis of balancing the system cost and security, so as to improve the security and reliability of the system.…”
