Taxonomic and functional diversity of alkali-tolerant bacteria enriched from the Taklimakan Desert
Published 2025-08-01“…Approximately 14.07 and 61.48% of the isolates were categorized as alkali-tolerant and alkalophilic, respectively, with 85 strains capable of growing under extreme conditions (pH 12 and/or 25% salinity). Functional screening revealed enzymatic activity in a substantial portion of the isolates: 20.35% produced amylase, 19.91% protease, 30.30% cellulase, and 47.61% exhibited at least one enzymatic function. …”

Ontology of functional synergetics in virtual cognitive-semiotic design of information processes and systems
Published 2022-03-01“…This context concessionally conjugates the combined use and consideration of such approaches as the method of ontologies (the major component of the resulting concession of methods), methods of cognitive semiotics, autopoiesis, and other manifestations of synergetics with related methods and techniques of emergent evaluation of the role and effectiveness of any occurring systemic changes. It is this combined dynamics of information processes and systems that allows the authors to put forward a developing treatment of the methods of synergetics as functional.Results. …”

Functional Characteristics and Lipid Lowering Activity of Auricularia heimuer Soluble Dietary Fiber
Published 2025-01-01“…At the same time, HSDF could significantly (P<0.05) improve the organ index of HFD mice, improve the lipid accumulation, inflammatory cell infiltration in the liver and adipocyte enlargement in adipose tissue of HFD mice, and improve the cell area of white adipose tissue of epididymis by more than 50%, which had a good lipid-lowering effect in vivo. The results can provide data support and theoretical basis for the subsequent research on dietary fiber of A. heimuer and the research and development of functional food.…”
