    “…The result of this research is that KPI’s performance in supervising the ineffective Infotainment program is caused by: 1) a mismatch of KPI’s in carrying out their authority in accordance with regulations and provisions, 2) the Infotainment program category was never included in the coaching agenda, 3) the imposition of a written warning is not appropriate, 4) the implementation of media literacy is not in line with the mandate of broadcasting law, 5) the circular letter failed to bring improvement to the quality of broadcast content, 6) the implementation of P3SPS School is inconsistent, 7) inhibiting factors include: the application of multilevel sanctions is inconsistent, there is no regulation regarding the validity period of multilevel sanctions, failed to define broadcast program with clear characteristics, failed to apply consistently on the issuance of letters for one program, the existence of further verification and the decision formulation process causes the sanction letter to be issued late, the position of written warning is not clear, failed to formulate a media literacy strategy, circular letter have no consequences, and the problem of inconsistenct internal KPI commitment in implementing P3SPS School.
