Enhanced Detection of Mitochondrial Heteroplasmy and DNA Hypomethylation in Adipose-Derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells Using a Novel Adaptive Sampling Protocol
Published 2025-05-01“…In mtDNA, direct sequencing showed extensive hypomethylation, and low levels of non-CpG methylation were detected regardless of sequencing coverage depth. These sparse methylation patterns showed non-random distribution, correlating with functional regions and heteroplasmic sites. …”

Temporal and Spatial Evolution and Driving Force Analysis of Water Conservation Function in Yunnan Province Based on Climate and Land Use Change
Published 2024-10-01“…[Results] (1) From 2000 to 2030, the total area of cultivated land and unused land decreased, the area of water area and construction land increased gradually, and the forest land and grassland changed in a wavy line; The trend of land use change in different scenarios is roughly the same, namely: grassland > construction land > cultivated land > unused land > water area > forest land. (2) From 2000 to 2020, water conservation showed a gradually decreasing trend, decreasing by 2.27×109m3; Under the influence of different climate and land use models, the water conservation under different scenarios is different, and the water conservation under the SSP2-4.5 scenario is the highest, which is 9.338×109m3. The spatial distribution pattern is “high in the southwest and low in the northeast”. (3) The results of geographical detection show that the average annual precipitation, soil type, and DEM are the main driving factors affecting the spatiotemporal distribution difference of water conservation, and the interaction between precipitation and other factors is significantly enhanced. …”

Detection of CRISPR‒Cas and type I R–M systems in Klebsiella pneumoniae of human and animal origins and their relationship to antibiotic resistance and virulence
Published 2025-02-01“…In this study, the whole genomes of 520 strains of K. pneumoniae from GenBank, including 325 from humans and 195 from animals, were collected for CRISPR‒Cas systems and type I R-M systems, virulence genes, antibiotic resistance genes, and multilocus sequence typing detection. The results showed that host origin had no obvious influence on the distributions of the two systems (CRISPR‒Cas systems in 29.8% and 24.1%, type I R-M systems in 9.8% and 11.8% of human-origin and animal-origin strains, respectively) in K. pneumoniae. …”

Construction of DDoS attacks malicious behavior knowledge base construction
Published 2021-11-01“…Aiming at the problem of insufficient research on the knowledge base of distributed denial of service (DDoS) network attacks, a method for constructing a knowledge base of DDoS attacks malicious behavior was proposed. The knowledge base was constructed based on the knowledge graph, and contains two parts: a malicious traffic detection database and a network security knowledge base. The malicious traffic detection database detects and classifies malicious traffic caused by DDoS attacks, the network security knowledge base detects DDoS attacks from traffic characteristics and attack frameworks model malicious behaviors, and perform inference, tracing and feedback on malicious behaviors. On this basis, a distributed knowledge base was built based on the DDoS open threat signaling (DOTS) protocol to realize the functions of data transmission between distributed nodes, DDoS attack defense, and malicious traffic mitigation. The experimental results show that the DDoS attack malicious behavior knowledge base can effectively detect and mitigate the malicious traffic caused by DDoS attacks at multiple gateways, and has the knowledge update and reasoning function between the distributed knowledge bases, showing good scalability.…”
