Design of double layer satellite constellation based on distributed satellite clusters
Published 2018-07-01“…Nowadays,the land communication system is unable to support the complex information needs,and realizing global seamless coverage and high capacity through space information network is anticipated.The existing satellite network is mainly composed of single satellite constellation,which absents the cooperation between the low earth orbit (LEO) satellites and geostationary orbit (GEO) satellites.A double-layer satellite constellation based on distributed satellite clusters was proposed,in which the infrastructure layer was composed of LEO satellites,the communication between LEO satellites was accomplished over inter-satellite links (ISL),and GEO satellites enhance the performance of coverage in low and middle latitudes.As simulation results show,the proposed approach can realize excellent global multiple coverage only relying on the deployment of satellite earth stations in China.…”

Introduction of Reclaimed Water Utilization and Progress in Frontier Research in Japan
Published 2023-01-01“…Due to population growth and global warming,the contradiction between the supply and demand of water resources is becoming more and more serious.In recent years,reclaimed water utilization has gained widespread attention globally as a way to alleviate water shortage.Compared with natural water resources,reclaimed water has the advantages of being large and stable in quantity,easy to use,and not being constrained by climatic conditions.If urban wastewater is properly treated and reused,it can alleviate the global water shortage to a large extent.Japan,as one of the early adopters of reclaimed water,has accumulated some experience in wastewater reuse.This paper summarized reclaimed water-related policies,treatment technologies,examples in Japan,and the international standard setting.It also outlined reclaimed water measures and the purpose and basic philosophy behind the related policies in Japan,especially the performance evaluation criteria of reclaimed water treatment technology,so as to provide some reference for the utilization and promotion of recycled water in China.…”

Site selection analysis of radio monitoring stations to BDS based on STK orbital prediction data
Published 2018-05-01“…BeiDou navigation satellite system (BDS) is a global navigation satellite system constructed and operated by China.At present,BDS is able to provide location,navigation and time service in Asia-Pacific,and will provide global service in 2020 as planned.As the fact of the rapid development of satellite communication technology,the spectrum and orbits of satellite are increasingly crowed.Therefore,it is vital to perform spectrum monitoring to BDS.Based on the STK orbital prediction data,the access time of the 14 non-GEO satellites in BDS to 9 Chinese cities in 10 days was collected.Group analysis according to different satellites and different cities,and similarity analysis within different cities were performed using the R programming language.At last,preliminary advices on site selection were provided according to the data analysis results.…”
