Improved Polar selective decoding and forwarding cooperation
Published 2020-01-01“…An improved Polar selective decoding and forwarding (IPSDF) scheme based on cooperative threshold de-cision was proposed.Firstly,a new construction of Polar codes according to the fading channel state information (CSI) was proposed. Then,a relay with best CSI was selected from the candidate relay set as the best relay. In addition, the proposed Polar codes were introduced into the cooperative communication system,to get coding gain and reduce the complex of encoding and decoding.Simulation results show that the proposed Polar codes achieve about 0.3 dB gain at bit-error-rate (BER) of 10−3.And using a classic multi-relay cooperative model, the proposed scheme achieves about 0.8 dB and 1.3 dB gain at BER of 10−3,when compared with those the existing DF Polar+ and network Polar coded coopera-tion scheme. Therefore, the IPSDF scheme can be used to improve BER performance in a multi-relay cooperative system and it is quite suitable for heterogeneous network applications in cooperative communication.…”

Analysis of dispersion characteristics in helically corrugated coaxial waveguides: a theoretical and comparative study
Published 2025-01-01“…The findings reveal that helically corrugated coaxial waveguides operating in TEM mode require fewer auxiliary components, exhibit a wider frequency range of monotonically decreasing group velocity, and have a larger dynamic range of group velocity changes; notably, the dispersion performance of the waveguides with dual corrugated conductors can even be manipulated by varying the initial phase difference between the inner and outer helical corrugations. …”

RIM-MAC:a receiver initiated multi-session MAC protocol for underwater acoustic networks
Published 2015-11-01“…,neighboring nodes’ propagation delay maps and expected transmission schedules) to launch multiple simultaneous sessions.RIM-MAC increases the chances of concurrent transmissions in the underwater channel and achieve the channel reuse at both the sender and receiver side, improving the overall throughput at least 36% compared to the typical MAC protocols. Moreover,a traffic prediction based adaptive data polling scheme named fair traffic algorithm (FTA) guarantees fairness across multiple contending nodes.Extensive simulation results have confirmed that the RIM-MAC protocol outperforms existing MAC protocols and provides fair medium access in representative long propagation delay scenarios.…”

Information service identity generation and management scheme for service supervision
Published 2021-10-01“…While information services have a significant impact on economic and social development, it also brings a series of security challenges.Realizing fine-grained, continuous, and dynamic supervision of information services has become the top priority of information service management.Traditional static identity authentication and management mechanisms, are difficult to meet the continuous monitoring requirements for information service entities and service quality. An information service identification generation and management scheme for service supervision was proposed. It defined an information service identification format from multiple perspectives such as information service category, service grade, and service quality credibility. It used the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate information services and designed a dynamic management of information service identification. The scheme can meet the needs of issuance and fine-grained dynamic management of information service identification for multi-dimensional business attributes.…”
