Synthesis, Novel Crystal Structure, and β-Amyloid Binding Property of Re(I) (tricarbonyl)+ EHIDA Analogue by Yang Yang, Jia Xin Zhang, Lin Zhu, Huabei Zhang

    Published 2009-01-01
“…Results of X-ray measurement of Re(CO)3(L) demonstrated that the coordination mode of Re(CO)3(L) was different from that of classical Re/Tc(I) (tricarbonyl)-IDA analogues; the structure of Re(CO)3(L) was confirmed by means of infrared spectrum, HPLC-UV, TOF MS, and X-ray measurements (Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre number is 732731): monoclinic P21/c, a=15.6636 (12) Å, b=10.9360 (8) Å, c=27.756 (2) Å, α=90.000 (0)∘, β=90.783 (5)∘, γ=90.000 (0)∘, and Z=8. The binding affinity for β-amyloid plaques was assessed by in vitro binding assay using preformed synthetic Aβ(1–40) aggregates. …”

Interference coexistence between wireless meter reading system in 470~510 MHz band and adjacent systems by Ruichen XU, Ji FANG, Hao DU, Xiaobo WANG

    Published 2017-01-01
“…Current RF specification restrains the wireless meter reading system (WMRS) working in 470~510 MHz band.It is incapable of meeting new communication speed and coverage requirements of power network.Under the premise of ensuring that prior used communication systems in adjacent band work without interference, how to modify the related RF specification to improve communication ability of WMRS is one of the problems to be solved at present.Firstly, the domestic frequency spectrum allocation in 450~566 MHz band was analyzed. Then, based on RF parameters of 3 kinds of WMRS from State Grid and deterministic computation and ray tracing simulation method, the interference coexistence between the WMRS and adjacent communication systems, which including broadcast television system,CDMA450 system, railway train dispatching system and FDD-LTE system was studied. At last, some suggestions for revision of relevant RF specifications were obtained.…”

S100 calcium-binding protein A8 exacerbates deep vein thrombosis in vascular endothelial cells by Junyu Chi, Qitao Wang, Zhen Wang, Wenjie Zeng, Yangyang Gao, Xin Li, Wanpeng Wang, Jiali Wang, Ming Qu

    Published 2025-01-01
“…Abstract Previous studies highlighting the pivotal function of the S100A8 protein have shown that inflammation and vascular endothelial harm play a major role in deep vein thrombosis (DVT) development, as evidenced by earlier studies highlighting the pivotal function of the S100 calcium-binding protein A8 (S100A8). Therefore, we aimed to establish a connection between S100A8 and DVT and investigate the role of S100A8 in DVT development. …”

    Published 2024-08-01
“…Here we present a new model, by integrating the machine learning technique and kinetic simulations, to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution of radiation belt electrons scattered by lower band chorus (LBC). Compared to the observations, our integrated model produces effectively the global distribution of plasmapause location, plasma density, and LBC intensity, and assesses quantitatively the scattering effect driven by LBC waves at different magnetic local times (MLT), L‐shell (the Mcllwain L‐parameter), and time. …”

    Published 2016-03-01
“…In order to analyze the feasibility of deploying mobile satellite system below 1 518~1 525 MHz band, the interference from the IMT system in 1 492~1 518 MHz band to the mobile satellite system in 1 518~1 525 MHz band was studied in detail via theoretical analysis and simulations based on the combing of the ITU recommendations and radio regulation.Aiming at the interference link from IMT base station to the terminal of mobile satellite system in different scenarios, the Monte Carlo simulation method was used to calculate the blocking and the adjacent channel interference. The interference blocking probability and the coexisting conditions between the two systems in adjacent band were given in the simulation results. The conclusion can be used to support the planning of adjacent band by national radio management department.…”
