    “…Para tanto, nos debruçamos sobre a Lei nº 10.995/2019, que instituiu a Macropolítica Escola Digna, e sobre documentos como a Proposta Pedagógica das Escolas de Tempo Integral do Maranhão, Cadernos de Formação do Instituto Corresponsabilidade pela Educação (ICE), Diretrizes Operacionais 2021, e o pensamento de Paulo Freire (2001, 2007, 2017, 2021), Dino & Camarão (2021), Guba e Lincoln (1981). Concluímos que os documentos em questão se apoiam em matrizes teórico-metodológicas distintas, que ideologicamente não concorrem para o mesmo fim e que, apesar do avanço de mentalidade dos idealizadores da Macropolítica, que se embasa sobretudo nos princípios educativos de Paulo Freire, portanto, em uma concepção de educação contra-hegemônica, os documentos que orientam a efetivação e a materialidade da educação na escola, a gestão e trabalho docente revelam-se hegemônicos e coadunam com as abordagens economicistas.…”
