Space-air-ground integrated networks:review and prospect
Published 2020-09-01“…With the advance of the information technologies, the scale of the information services gradually expands, from ground services,to aerial, maritime, and spatial services, with the soaring requirements on multi-dimensional comprehensive information resources. The space-air-ground integrated networks (SAGINs) are envisioned to provide seamless network services to spatial, aerial, maritime, and ground users, satisfying the future network requirements on all-time,all-domain,and all-space communications and interconnected networking.Firstly,we reviewed the current research development of SAGINs,discussing the research trends on the low-earth orbiting (LEO) satellite constellation and space-ground network integration. Then, the reinforcement learning (RL) framework was proposed in SAGINs to address the problems of complex architecture, high dynamics, and resource constraints in SAGINs,which facilitated efficient and fast network design, analysis, optimization, and management. As a case study, the method of applying deep RL (DRL) was showed for the intelligent access network selection in SAGINs.To improve the RL training efficiency,a comprehensive SAGINs simulation platform was established, through which the agent-environments interaction was accelerated and training samples could be obtained more cost-effectively.Finally,some open research directions were presented.…”

Learning attribute network algorithm based on high-order similarity
Published 2020-12-01“…Due to the lack of deep-level information mining and utilization in the existing network representation learning methods, the potential pattern structure similarity was proposed by further exploring the potential information in the network. The similarity score between network structures was defined to measure the similarity between various structures so that nodes could cross irrelevant vertices to obtain high-order similarities on the global structure. In order to achieve the best effect, deep learning was used to fuse multiple information sources to participate in training together to make up for the deficiency of random walks. In the experiment,Lap,DeepWalk,TADW,SDNE and CANE were selected as comparison methods, and three real-world networks were used as data sets to verify the validity of the model, and experiments of node classification and link reconstruction are carried out.In the node classification, the average performance is improved by 1.7 percentage points for different datasets and training proportions. In the link reconstruction experiment, only half the dimension is needed to achieve better performance. Finally, the performance improvement of the model under different network depths was discussed.By increasing the depth of the model, the average performance of node classification increased by 1.1 percentage points.…”

Fog-aided identity privacy protection scheme for sensing users in mobile crowd sensing
Published 2019-12-01“…In mobile crowd sensing(MCS),attackers can reconstruct the social circle among sensing users, who use the social association information among sensing users and the correlation between the sensing user’s identity and sensing data to further attack a social alliance. In order to tackle this issue,a fog-aided identity privacy protection scheme is proposed.Firstly, two fog nodes are introduced which located at the edge of the sensing terminal. The one is task allocation center (TC) for handling the reasonable allocation of sensing tasks, and the other is data center (DC) for calculating sensing data.Furthermore, differential privacy is employed for preventing attackers from acquiring the specific social association weight of sensing users. Finally,in order to prevent attackers from obtaining the sensing users' identity information and sensing data at the same time, sensing users use different blind identities to communicate with TC and DC.Security analysis indicates that the proposed scheme can ensure the security of identity privacy information of sensing users in the process of completing sensing tasks.Experimental results show that the proposed scheme can protect the social association information between sensing users, and has a low delay.…”
