    Published 2022-08-01
“…Given the impact of limited wireless resources, a dynamic multi-dimensional resource joint management algorithm was proposed, which intended to tackle the problem of device failure and training interruption caused by the limited battery energy in federated learning network in industrial Internet of things (IIoT).Firstly, the optimization problem was decoupled into battery energy allocation, equipment resource allocation and communication resource allocation sub-problems which were interdependent with the goal of maximizing the fixed-time learning accuracy. Then, the equipment transmission and computing resource allocation problem were solved based on particle swarm optimization algorithm under the given energy budget.Thereafter, the resource block iterative matching algorithm was proposed to optimize the optimal communication resource allocation strategy. Finally, the online energy allocation algorithm was proposed to adjust the energy budget allocation.Simulation results validate the proposed algorithm can improve the model learning accuracy compared with other benchmarks, and can perform better in energy shortage scenarios.…”

    Published 2021-01-01
“…In order to master the influence rule of the flexible polishing technological parameters for abrasive cloth wheel on materials cutting depth, the single factor polishing experiment of TC4 specimen was carried out based on the polishing technological equipment of “NC machine + flexible grinding head + elastic grinding tool( abrasive cloth wheel) ”,the process parameters influence on materials cutting depth was analyzed, and the materials cutting depth prediction model was established by orthogonal test, the results show that the cutting depth is the most sensitive to the amount of compression, the more sensitive to the rotational speed, the less sensitive to the feed speed and the less sensitive to abrasive size. Finally, the polishing experiment was carried out,it’s results show that the measured contour is consistent with the predicted contour, and the prediction model is reliable and can be used to predict the materials cutting depth.…”

    Published 2018-10-01
“…Focused on the problem that traditional energy-efficient strategies never consider about the real time of data processing and transmission, models of directed acyclic graph, parallelism of instance, resource allocation for task and critical path were set up based on the features of data stream processing and the structure of storm cluster.Meanwhile, the WNDVR-storm (energy-efficient strategy for work node by dram voltage regulation in storm) was proposed according to the analysis of critical path and system performance, which included two energy-efficient algorithms aiming at whether there were any work nodes executing on the non-critical path of a topology. Finally, the appropriate threshold values fit for the CPU utilization of work node and the volume of transmitted data were determined based on the data processing and transmission constraints to dynamically regulate the DRAM voltage of the system. The experimental result shows that the strategy can reduce energy consumption effectively. Moreover, the fewer constraints are,the higher energy efficiency is.…”
