Multi frequency hopping network station sorting based on joint feature clustering in complex environment
Published 2023-09-01“…In order to remove interference from hybrid signals and sort each frequency hopping station signal, a multi frequency hopping network station sorting algorithm based on joint feature clustering was proposed.Firstly, short-time Fourier transform was applied to the sorted hybrid signals to obtain the time-frequency matrix, and adaptive threshold denoising was carried out according to the energy distribution histogram of time-frequency matrix.Secondly, the sweep interference was removed by morphological filtering.Thirdly, the connected domain was labeled, the duration and average energy of each signal were calculated to remove the fixed frequency interference, and the joint feature vector for each frequency hop was formed. Finally, the MeanShift algorithm was used to cluster and analyze the joint feature vectors of each segment of the signal, completing the sorting of each frequency hopping signal. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has higher sorting rate, stronger anti-interference ability and wider applicability to hybrid signals compared with the traditional algorithm.…”

Radio frequency fingerprint data augmentation for indoor localization based on diffusion model
Published 2023-11-01“…The radio frequency fingerprint indoor localization method ensures the accuracy by collecting a sufficient amount of fingerprints in the offline state to build a dense fingerprint database.A data augmentation method called FPDiffusion was proposed based on diffusion model to reduce the cost of fingerprint acquisition.Firstly, a temporal graph representation of the fingerprint sequence was constructed, the forward process of the diffusion model was accomplished by adding Gaussian noise, and a U-Net was utilized for the reverse process. The loss function of the network was designed according to the characteristics of radio frequency fingerprints. Finally, the computational process for generating dense fingerprints based on sparse fingerprints was presented.Experimental results demonstrate that FPDiffusion achieves 76% and 28% localization error reduction on K-nearest neighbor (KNN) and convolutional neural network (CNN) respectively, and significantly improves localization accuracy on KNN compared to Gaussian process regression (GPR) and GPR-GAN when only a small amount of labeled fingerprints is available.…”

Research Progress on the Technology of Phosphorus Release From Waste Activated Sludge
Published 2023-01-01“…,physical,chemical,and biological treatment methods),and analyzes the basic principles, suitable operating parameters, and advantages and disadvantages of each treatment method. The analysis results show that the physical and chemical treatment methods can achieve the effect of rapid phosphorus release, but the operating conditions of the physical method are relatively intense, and the chemical method has a large demand for reagents. The combination of anaerobic fermentation with physical or chemical methods is one of the ideal ways to improve phosphorus release and recovery efficiency. Finally,it is proposed that the focus of future research will be the chemical substances with mild properties or non-violent physical treatment methods in the phosphorus release process,as well as the impacts of the transformation of organic matter in sludge on the phosphorus release and recovery mechanism.…”

Pattern synthesis method for arbitrary arrays with desired mainloble response
Published 2014-09-01“…A pattern synthesis method based on adaptive array theory and convex optimization principle was proposed for arbitrary arrays, especially considering the influence of different orientation on array pattern.Firstly, the array pattern with special sideloble shape is obtained by adaptive array theory method; and then, the mainloble pointing to 0° is taken as reference to determine the pattern mainloble with variant steering angle. Finally, the optimal array pattern synthesis with desired mainloble response is converted to a second-order cone programming problem. The resulting optimization problem is nonconvex and is implemented via iterative algorithms of convex optimization, which can be solved using the second-order cone programming method at each iteration.Taking the method developed can obtain satisfied mainlobe response and less synthesized error in sideloble region.Theoretical analyses and simulation results show that the synthe-sized pattern has the same mainloble performance as the desired mainlabole in different orientation, and also the sideloble can maintain the shape to suppress the dynamic interference.…”
