FAULT DIAGNOSIS BASED ON SEMI-SUPERVISED ORTHOGONAL NEIGHBORHOOD ADAPTIVE LOCALITY PRESERVING PROJECTIONS by YANG Le

    Published 2018-01-01
“…Aiming at the problem that accuracy of orthogonal locality preserving projections(OLPP) for fault diagnosis is not high enough,a fault diagnosis method based on semi-supervised neighborhood adaptive orthogonal locality preserving projections(SSNA-OLPP) for dimension reduction is proposed. In this method, fault features that can represent the fault state is firstly constructed based on local characteristic-scale decomposition(LCD) and time-frequency domain feature. And then, the SSNA-OLPP is used to compress the high-dimension feature into low-dimension feature which has better discrimination. Finally, the low-dimension feature are input support vector machine(SVM) to identification fault.SSNA-OLPP can adaptive adjust the neighborhood with the guidance of local cluster coefficient,at the same time, information of some labeled samples are also used to adjust the weight matrix among all samples in the original characteristic space,as a result, better fault diagnosis accuracy can achieved. The experiment results of rolling bearing fault diagnosis verified the effectiveness of the method.…”

    Published 2022-11-01
“…Atmospheric duct interference is a seriousinternal interference of large-scale TDD wireless communication system according to specific meteorological conditions. The causes and classification of the atmospheric duct interference were analyzed firstly. Then a typical quantitative interference signal propagation model of inland and sea atmospheric duct were proposed and the power characteristics of massive interference sources in time domain and frequency domain were verified. The feature of the proposed model is based on a large number of data in real 4G/5G network environment, which is of great significance for the prediction and cancellation of atmospheric duct interference. Finally, four design principles were proposed for the frame structure and networking in TDD system to control atmospheric duct interference based on the characteristics of the proposed model. The verification in 5G network shows that the uplink interference drops more than 10 dB by the proposed interference control principles. It will also be instructive for the design of 6G system.…”

Secure and efficient batch authentication scheme based on dynamic revocation mechanism in space information network by Yinghui ZHANG, Lingyun HU, Yixin LI, Jianting NING, Dong ZHENG

    Published 2022-04-01
“…A secure and efficient batch authentication scheme based on dynamic revocation mechanism was proposed for the problem of cross-domain authentication of a large number of mobile users in space information networks.Early key negotiation was achieved by predicting the satellite trajectory and updating the session key in real time.Algorithms were designed for a single as well as a large number of mobile terminals to perform signing and verification, which effectively reduce the computational burden of satellites.Cuckoo filters were adopted by the new scheme to achieve dynamic revocation and malicious access control of mobile terminals. Finally, under the Diffie-Hellman assumption, the proposed scheme was proved to be resistant to replay and man-in-the-middle attacks based on a random oracle model and automated validation of internet security protocols and applications.Security goals such as traceability and revocability were achieved by the scheme, thus improving the efficiency of transmission and computation by more than 80% and 20%, respectively, compared with the existing optimal scheme.…”
