Al final de la investigación se identifican desperdicios dentro del proceso como el exceso de manipulación, la falta de capacitación al personal y la ausencia de planes eficientes de mantenimiento de maquinaria.A partir de estas debilidades, se logra definir un plan de acción para la empresa, el cual es simulado utilizando el software Flexsim, donde se contrasta los escenarios "antes" y "después" de la operación con el fin de ilustrar a los gerentes, los beneficios potenciales de la implementación de las propuestas de mejora, en donde se logra establecer una reducción del tiempo de ciclo en aproximadamente un 19% lo que permite aumentar los volúmenes de producción y cumplir con la demanda del cliente final.…”
