CDK9 Expression Shows Role as a Potential Prognostic Biomarker in Breast Cancer Patients Who Fail to Achieve Pathologic Complete Response after Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy
Published 2018-01-01“…However, prognostic biomarkers for clinical outcome are unclear in this patient population. Cyclin-dependent kinase 9 (CDK9) is often dysregulated in breast cancer, and its deficiency results in genomic instability. …”

Slaying axion-like particles via gravitational waves and primordial black holes from supercooled phase transition
Published 2024-12-01“…Moreover, the supercooled PT leads to a potentially observable stochastic gravitational wave (GW) signal at future GW observatories, such as aLIGO, LISA and ET, that acts as another complementary probe of the ALPs, as well as of the PBH dark matter. Finally, we show that the recent NANOGrav signal of stochastic GW in the nHz frequency range can be explained in our model with f a ≃ (0.1 GeV − 1 TeV).…”

Short-Term Investigation into the Effect of the Traffic Farming Systems on the Soil Physical Behavior of an Arable Land
Published 2024-12-01“…The results showed that switching from the RTF to the CTF system reduced the soil' BD by 6.85 %, reduced the soil CI by 16.55 % and increased the soil MC by 32.31 %. Finally, the graphic curves reflected the stability and consistency of the CTF system soil's physical behavior with increasing depth compared to the RTF system soil's physical behavior which fluctuated and disturbed for the same studied depth and under the same climatic conditions and traditional farming practices.…”

Towards an unbiased jet energy loss measurement
Published 2025-01-01“…Additionally, we compare Q AA to an experimentally proposed proxy for fractional jet energy loss, S loss , showing that both quantities are similar, although the former provides a more clear physical interpretation. Finally, we show the size of the p T migration correction for four different substructure observables and how to reliably use the quantile procedure experimentally to improve existing measurements.…”

Identifying and ranking the effective financial factors on rural entrepreneurial small businesses
Published 2024-03-01“…The results indicate a positive and significant effect of rural population ratio, financing through financial institutions, economic growth, openness rate in business space, gender composition, and inflation rate in agriculture sectors, as well as a significant reverse effect of official employment rate, job-seeking population ratio, exchange rate uncertainty, government employment rate and graduation ratio on entrepreneurship in both service and agriculture sectors. Finally, the results of the Friedman test showed that the financing factor through financial institutions has the highest average rating due to the bank-oriented financial resources of entrepreneurial enterprises in the rural service and agriculture sectors. …”
