The Effect of Dantonic Pill on β-Catenin Expression in a Rat Model of Streptozotocin-Induced Early Stage of Diabetic Nephropathy
Published 2013-01-01“…Including an analysis of the general metabolic index and renal function, immunohistochemical staining and reverse transcription real-time PCR for β-catenin were performed in the renal cortex of the rat models every 4 weeks. After the treatments of DP and irbesartan, the albuminuria level, kidney weight/body weight, and thickness of the glomerular basement membrane were decreased, but the expression of β-catenin was not downregulated in the renal cortex. …”

RESEARCH ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF PHYSICAL FIELD OF MOLTEN ZINC IN HOT DIP GALVANIZING POT
Published 2017-01-01“…Through the standard k-ε turbulence model and the geometric model of galvanizing pot and molten zinc, the author finds out the distribution regularities of the physical fields( such as speed, temperature and concentration field) and the laws of these physical quantities changing with time, and determines the distribution characteristics of the vortex. The theoretical calculations can be used to predict the distribution regularity of zinc dross and the danger zone of the dross removing operation, provide important theoretical basis for the design of dross removing robot, and ensure the quality of zinc coating and improve the efficiency of dross removing.…”

Analysis of Flow and Pressure Pulsation in Draft Tube of Francis Turbine under Different Guide Vane Opening
Published 2023-01-01“…In order to explore the influence of the opening of the movable guide vane on the flow and pressure pulsation in the draft tube of the Francis turbine, the steady and unsteady numerical simulations were carried out by establishing a three-dimensional full-flow channel model of a Francis turbine in a power station in southwest China, and the flow characteristics and pressure pulsation of the draft tube of the Francis turbine under different guide vane opening of the rated head were studied. The results show that with the increase in guide vane opening, obvious alternating vortices appear in the straight cone section of the draft tube, which cause low-frequency pressure pulsation in the draft tube. The uniformity of pressure and velocity distribution in the draft tube gradually deteriorates, and the main frequency amplitude of pressure pulsation at the elbow section of the draft tube increases first and then decreases. The vortex zone of the draft tube causes the pressure pulsation of low frequency and high amplitude in the draft tube.…”
