Air Transport Area as an Object of State Regulation by O. V. Brusakova

    Published 2020-02-01
“…The peculiarities of the negative impact of the pandemiological situation in the world since the beginning of 2020 on the aviation area of Ukraine are characterized. It is concluded that the state needs to respond appropriately, i.e. to implement appropriate state regulation of the aviation area functioning during the pandemic, in particular in the implementation of air transportation in exceptional cases, the operation of airfields and airports in quarantine, aircraft parking in designated areas, standardization of issues, related to the return of passengers for canceled flights or their rebooking, providing state support to the aviation area in connection with the cessation of financial revenues from all market participants (including by allocating subsidies from the state budget, providing state aid to ensure minimal operation of airports and airfields, exemption of airlines from paying certain types of taxes for a certain period of time), etc.…”

Power Prediction-Based Model Predictive Control for Energy Management in Land and Air Vehicle with Turboshaft Engine by Zhengchao Wei, Yue Ma, Changle Xiang, Dabo Liu

    Published 2021-01-01
“…To achieve the high performance and long lifetime of components during varied working conditions, the effective regulation of the energy management is necessary for the vehicles with hybrid power unit (HPU). In this paper, power prediction-based model predictive control (P2MPC) for energy management strategy (EMS) is proposed for the vehicle equipped with HPU based on turboshaft engine in order to maintain proper battery’s state of charge (SOC) and decrease turboshaft engine’s exhaust gas temperature (EGT). …”

PilotCareTrans Net: an EEG data-driven transformer for pilot health monitoring by Kun Zhao, Xueying Guo

    Published 2025-01-01
“…These approaches typically fail to integrate multi-scale features effectively, resulting in suboptimal health intervention decisions, especially in dynamic, high-pressure environments like pilot training.MethodsTo overcome these challenges, this study introduces PilotCareTrans Net, a novel Transformer-based model designed for health intervention decision-making in aviation students. …”
