“…Based on the series of hydrological data from the controlling hydrological station of Xindu and Gulan in the mainstream of Hejiang River,this paper uses hydrological methods to study ecological flow in Hejiang River.After analyzing and comparing the results of different calculation methods,the calculation results of the 90% guarantee rate of the driest month average method and the annual exhibition calculation method are selected as the ecological base flow and the annual volume of the basic ecological flow in the river.The ecological base flow of Xindu Station and Gulan Station are 26.5 and 34.6 m³/s,and the annual volumes are 58.8 and 87.0 m³/s;the calculation result of the frequency curve method is taken as the target ecological flow in the river,and the annual volume of Xindu Station and Gulan Station is 83.9 and 121.0 m³/s.The research results aim to provide theoretical support for the management and protection of Hejiang River in the future and serve as a reference for improving the rational allocation of regional water resources.…”

“…In view of the correlation of the main and eavesdropper’s channels in physical layer security, the impact of channel correlation on the secrecy performance was studied, the exact form ulations of ergodic secrecy capacity and secrecy outage probability were derived, and then the asymptotic formulations in the scenarios where the channel states were large and small were given.The theoretical analysis were verified by the numerical simulations.The simulation results show that channel correlation will cause the loss of ergodic secrecy capacity, however, it does not mean the outage probability of communication will increase with high channel correlation.Actually, when the outage rate is set reasonably, the impact of channel correlation is related to the average signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) at the receiver end.At high SNR range, high correlation will decrease the outage probability, at low SNR range, high correlation will increase the outage probability, and at medium SNR range, the correlation will not affect the outage probability significantly.Based on the above conclusion, the parameters can be set according to SNR and correlation, so that the secrecy performance can be maintained.…”

“…Considering the drawbacks of the traditional companding transforms，an efficient companding scheme combined with iterative filtering was proposed to reduce the peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR) of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) signals.By introducing a joint optimization approach for PAPR and bit error rate (BER) performances along with remaining an unchanged average output power level，the scheme could achieve significant reduction in PAPR as well as an improved BER simultaneously.Moreover，by adaptively adjusting the transform parameters in the iterative process，more design flexibility in companding form and lower out-of-band radiation could also be given to satisfy various system requirements.The proposed scheme had a simple functional form and less computational complexity.The theoretical results regarding the transform gain and impact of companding distortion were derived.Simulation results show that this scheme can substantially offer better overall performances in terms of PAPR reduction，BER performance and bandwidth efficiency.…”
