Research on non-orthogonal transmission strategy for content delivery in caching networks
Published 2023-10-01“…A two-stage adaptive non-orthogonal/orthogonal multiple access transmission scheme was designed for content delivery scenarios in wireless caching networks. For the scheme, a high-reliability user scheduling strategy was proposed, and the analytical expression of the outage probability and its asymptotic expression in high signal-to-noise ratio regime were derived by theoretical analysis. The analysis results indicate that the proposed strategy can achieve full spatial diversity gain.Simulation results demonstrate that compared with the instantaneous channel state information-based scheduling strategy, the random scheduling strategy, and the conventional orthogonal multiple access transmission strategy, the proposed strategy can achieve better content delivery reliability than existing strategies by obtaining the spatial diversity gain.…”

Présentations de Londres : Ackroyd, Moorcock, Sinclair et l’éthique de l’adjacence
Published 2009-12-01“…This article focuses on three contemporary novels that are emblematic of the canon of the contemporary London novel: Peter Ackroyd’s Hawksmoor, Michael Moorcock’s Mother London and Iain Sinclair’s White Chappell, Scarlet Tracings. Its theoretical concern is with the figures of adjacency as evinced in the corpus which promotes layering and fragmentation and, whose purpose seems to fragment the better to relate. …”

A Method of Stability Prediction for Gear Milling
Published 2015-01-01“…The milling chatter is a form of self-excited,unstable vibration in the process of machining, which may result in low machining quality, poor accuracy and surface finish,as well as accelerated tool wear, aside from damaging the cutting spindle and machined part.A semi-discretization method for predicting the stability of milling process with multiple time delays to study cutting chatter is presented.Taking the unequal pitch milling as example, the comparison between this method and the existing zero order analysis method is carried out, through the theoretical verification, the proposed method with variable pitch cutter in the spindle between 8 000 to 9 000r/min will obtain greater stability prediction limit, while in other revolution range, two predictive results are in good congruency.…”

Strongly connected dominating set construction algorithm balancing time delay and energy consumption
Published 2012-05-01“…To the asymmetry of link in wireless sensor networks,a problem about the strongly connected dominating tree with bounded transmission delay (SDTT) was put forward. The distributed strongly connected dominating tree (SCDT) algorithm was also proposed to construct strongly connected dominating set balancing transmission delay and energy consumption.Firstly,it constructed a maximal independent set (MIS) based on a unit disk graph, and then implemented the SCDT algorithm based on a double weighted and directed graph fulfilling the requirements of energy consumption and transmission delays simultaneously. The theoretical analysis and simulation results show that the presented algorithm can correctly solve the SDTT problem and construct the connected dominating sets(CDS)with constraints to form virtual backbone.…”
