Analysis on Kinematics of 3-PRP Planar Parallel Mechanism
Published 2015-01-01“…A kind of 3-DOF planar parallel mechanism which has two translational and one rotational is introduced.Firstly,the position and posture analysis of the parallel mechanism is conducted,its positive and inverse solution equations are established,and then the position positive and inverse solution are solved.Secondly,by using the MATLAB to calculate a group of experimental data,the results can be used to test the correctness of equations.At last,according to the positive and inverse solutions equations,the velocity and acceleration of mechanism input and output are solved.The results show that the structure of 3-PRP mechanism is simple and also can be easy to control and drive,meanwhile,the researching results established a certain theoretical basis for the performance research on the mechanism such as workspace,trajectory planning and optimum design.…”

Published 2018-01-01“…In order to investigate torsion pendulum dynamic characteristics of scraper chain system,dynamic model of scraper chain system was established by using finite element method.Numerical simulation was analyzed for dynamic characteristics of scraper chain system by applying pulse load,step load and slope load.Torsion pendulum dynamic characteristics of scraper chain system,dynamic response of chain and dynamic tension transfer characteristic of scraper were researched.The results show that scraper has a big angular displacement at bearing section,and has a big torsion moment.Angular displacement amplitude and torsion moment amplitude gradually reduce from bearing section to the sides.The results provide theoretical basis for dynamic design of scraper conveyor.…”

Design of multi-key encryption method

Study on the Dynamic Safety Sactor Control of Clamping Force of Automotive Continuously Variable Transmission
Published 2015-01-01“…Traditional constant safety factor method and novel slip-control method are extreme different methods of clamping force control strategy for continuously variable transmission(CVT).To integrate advantages of both methods,clamping force control strategy base on dynamic safety factor is presented.Analysis of the theoretical clamping force relevant parameters and engine torque wave characteristics is carried out.The safety factor is determined according to engine torque variation trend and range.The calculating process of dynamic safety factor method is described.The simulation and experiment results show that,by adopting dynamic safety factor method,the transmission reliability is ensured.The performances of clamping-force and fuel efficiency are improved.Especially,the clamping force reduced about 20%,the economical efficiency increased about 3%.…”
