New insights into the phylogeny and infrageneric taxonomy of Saussurea based on hybrid capture phylogenomics (Hyb-Seq) by Liansheng Xu, Zhuqiu Song, Tian Li, Zichao Jin, Buyun Zhang, Siyi Du, Shuyuan Liao, Xingjie Zhong, Yousheng Chen

    Published 2025-01-01
“…Our analyses show that ancient hybridization is the most likely source of deep cytoplasmic-nuclear conflict in Saussurea, and a phylogeny based on nuclear data is more suitable than one based on chloroplast data for exploring the infrageneric classification of Saussurea. Based on the nuclear phylogeny obtained and morphological characters, we proposed a revised infrageneric taxonomy of Saussurea, which includes four subgenera and 13 sections. …”

Deciphering Design of Aggregation‐Induced Emission Materials by Data Interpretation by Junyi Gong, Ziwei Deng, Huilin Xie, Zijie Qiu, Zheng Zhao, Ben Zhong Tang

    Published 2025-01-01
“…The fingerprints are readily interpretable and have demonstrated promising efficacy in addressing influences related to the photophysics of organic light‐emitting materials, achieving high accuracy and precision in the regression of emission transition energy (mean absolute error (MAE) ∼ 0.13eV) and the classification of optical features and excited state dynamics mechanisms (F1score ∼ 0.94). …”

On the risks of secure attachment in infancy: Childhood irritability and adolescent depression predicted by secure attachment and high approach behaviours at 14-months towards a ca... by Jonathan Hill, Nicky Wright, Helen Sharp, Andrew Pickles, Howard Steele

    Published 2023-04-01
“…In addition to the standard SSP classification, a latent variable reflecting approach behaviours during reunions was generated from the SSP dimensional scores and a factor score extracted. …”
