Developing transcriptomic biomarkers for TAVO412 utilizing next generation sequencing analyses of preclinical tumor models
Published 2025-02-01“…TAVO412 demonstrated strong in vivo tumor growth inhibition in 23 cell-line derived xenograft (CDX) models representing diverse cancer types, as well as in 9 patient-derived xenograft (PDX) lung tumor models.MethodsUsing preclinical CDX data, we established transcriptomic biomarkers based on gene expression profiles that were correlated with anti-tumor response or distinguished between responders and non-responders. …”

Prediction of the Location of Concealed Pluton on the Spatial Variation Characteristics of Volatile Matter in Coal Seams
Published 2024-01-01“…The results indicate the following: (1) In the central region of the exploration area, from No. 9 to No. 8 to No. 6 to No. 2 to No. 02, the contours of volatiles in each coal seam exhibit a ring pattern, with the size of the ring and the size of the volatiles change regularly. This pattern strongly suggests that the concealed pluton is developed in the underlying layer of the coal seam. (2) According to the linear fitting of the relevant data, it is predicted that the concealed pluton is located at a depth of 65.4 m below the No. 9 coal seam. …”

Recent advances in applications of green nanocomposites in enhanced oil recovery: a comprehensive review of different characterization methods and effective parameters
Published 2025-01-01“…In some cases, the contact angle dropped down from 161 to 28° or from 151 to 14°, which led to the creation of strong hydrophilic (water-wet) systems. The interfacial tension is also greatly diminished according to the modifying character of NCs, so that causes a reduction in IFT of more than 33.8 mN/m. …”
