Le rôle des acteurs de la société civile dans le déploiement des projets économiques et politiques alternatifs : l’expérience mexicaine de la 4T by Max-Amaury Bertoli, Solène Morvant-Roux, Ilán Bizberg

    Published 2022-12-01
“…Indeed, the imposition of republican austerity, the operational centralisation of the public apparatus and the negation of civil society organisations, on which the new government is based, all justified by the struggle against corruption, greatly reduce its transformative scope. Starting from a socioeconomic approach articulating different scales of analysis, this article offers a critical look at the principle features of this political project through the study of one of its flagship public program: Sembrando Vida. …”

DECONSTRUCTION OF THE METAPHYSICS OF PRESENCE IN PHENOMENOLOGY AND STRUCTURALISM by A. A. Polivoda

    Published 2017-06-01
“…Derrida’s deconstruction appeared as an attempt to overthrow metaphysics and get focused on the concept of writing, which scope is limited by discourse. Deconstruction of metaphysics of presence is a continuous request of legitimacy of the existing logocentrism, and search of its weaknesses, aporias and contradictions, which make impossible the tradition, centered around mind.…”

Research on algorithms of data encryption scheme that supports homomorphic arithmetical operations by ANGPan Y, UIXiao-lin G, AOJing Y, INJian-cai L, IANFeng T, HANGXue-jun Z

    Published 2015-01-01
“…An efficient homomorphic encryption scheme called CESIL was proposed to meet the requirements of operating on encrypted data when protecting users' privacy in computing services.CESIL included key generation algorithm, encryption algorithm, decryption algorithm and calculation algorithm. In CESIL,a polynomial coefficient vector ring was established by defining addition and multiplication using polynomial ring; by using ideal lattice, the vector ring was partitioned into many residue classes to produce a quotient ring and its representative set; the plaintext was encrypted by mapping it to a representative and replacing the representative with another element in the same residue class. The features of operations in quotient ring ensured CESIL operate on encrypted data.Furthermore, the fast Fourier transform (FFT) algorithm was used to increase the efficiency and decrease the length of key.Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that CESIL is semantically secure, and can do addition and multiplication operations on encrypted data homomorphically in a specific scope.Comparing to some existing homomorphic encryption schemes, the CESIL runs efficiently, and has shorter length in key and ciphertext. Thus, the CESIL fits the practical applications better.…”

Intelligent operation and maintenance of power communication network based on data perception fusion by Huahui LYU, Zhe MING, Kai FAN, Qingming CHEN, Hongyu SHI, Wenjing ZOU, Dingbo WANG, Shengtao GUAN, Yong WU

    Published 2024-01-01
“…Under the common influence of multiple factors and structural complexity in the power communication network, traditional operation and maintenance methods are vulnerable to the disturbance of abnormal voltage signal and abnormal transformer signal in the perception process, resulting in the global perception of the network and seriously affecting the overall operation and maintenance effect. In order to effectively solve the problem of perception bias caused by multiple factors, the data perception fusion algorithm was used to optimize the perception of the power parameters under the power communication network, so as to realize the effect of improving the perception accuracy and optimizing the overall quality of operation and maintenance. In the optimization scheme, the situational awareness scope of power communication network security was determined firstly.Secondly, the situational awareness of voltage security under power communication network operation was optimized.Thirdly, the security situational awareness parameters of power network transformer were defined based on the data perception fusion algorithm. Finally, the data perception fusion calculation of perception information was completed. The simulation comparison test shows that the data perception fusion algorithm has the ability to improve the overall quality of operation and maintenance, reduce the perception deviation in the process of operation and maintenance, and improve the perception sensitivity and accuracy.…”

“…This is a market fragmented into different wine-grape zones and institutionally organised through protected designations of origin (PDOs) which, except in the case of one that is regional in scope, restrict the spatial mobility of grapes. We use information from the harvest declarations submitted by grape growers, which indicate the location of the vineyard plots, and production declarations submitted by the wine producers, which indicate the grape grower who supplies grapes to their winery, as well as from harvest reports, which contain a record that facilitates the traceability of the grape's journey from the plot of origin to the winery of destination. …”
