“…داده­ها با آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس با نرم­افزار SPSS-27 تحلیل شدند.یافته­ها: در بررسی افراد شرکت­کننده در مطالعه، قبل از شروع مداخله، بین گروه مداخله و کنترل از نظر میانگین نمرات اجتناب تجربی و بهزیستی اجتماعی اختلاف آماری معنی‌داری وجود نداشت و دو گروه با یکدیگر همگن بودند ولی بین میانگین این نمرات در گروه مداخله و کنترل بعد از مداخله، اختلاف معنی‌داری وجود داشت (P<0/01).نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج این پژوهش، استفاده از شفقت­درمانی در راستای کاهش آسیب­های روان‌شناختی ناشی از تلفن همراه ضروری به­نظر می­رسد؛ بنابراین، روان‌شناسان و درمانگران می‌توانند از شفقت­درمانی درکنار سایر روش‌های درمانی برای کاهش بی­موبایل­هراسی استفاده کنند.…”
