“…Para tal fin se emplea un proceso metodológico desde el enfoque cualitativo, guiado por el método de la investigación documental, por medio del cual se realizó análisis de cinco artículos de investigación publicados en revistas indexadas y arbitradas; obtenidos desde las bases de datos de Google académico; Redalyc y Refseek. A partir de dichos análisis, se pudo establecer que la educación ambiental; aun sigue siendo un área asilada del currículo y no se aplica desde la transversalidad que la misma requiere; los contenidos en materia ambiental son más conceptuales y no se alinean con la realidad educativa, evitando una reflexión por parte del estudiantado sobre la importancia del cuidado del ambiente para la mejora de la calidad de vida; por otra parte, se pudo comprobar que el uso de las TIC, generó mayor motivación en los estudiantes, para llevar a cabo su proceso de aprendizaje efectivo. …”
