Bispecific antibody-mediated redirection of NKG2D-CAR natural killer cells facilitates dual targeting and enhances antitumor activity
Published 2021-10-01“…However, shedding or downregulation of NKG2D ligands (NKG2DL) can prevent NKG2D activation, resulting in escape of cancer cells from NKG2D-dependent immune surveillance. Methods To enable tumor-specific targeting of NKG2D-expressing effector cells independent of membrane-anchored NKG2DLs, we generated a homodimeric recombinant antibody which harbors an N-terminal single-chain fragment variable (scFv) antibody domain for binding to NKG2D, linked via a human IgG4 Fc region to a second C-terminal scFv antibody domain for recognition of the tumor-associated antigen ErbB2 (HER2). The ability of this molecule, termed NKAB-ErbB2, to redirect NKG2D-expressing effector cells to ErbB2-positive tumor cells of different origins was investigated using peripheral blood mononuclear cells, ex vivo expanded NK cells, and NK and T cells engineered with an NKG2D-based chimeric receptor. Results On its own, bispecific NKAB-ErbB2 increased lysis of ErbB2-positive breast carcinoma cells by peripheral blood-derived NK cells endogenously expressing NKG2D more effectively than an ErbB2-specific IgG1 mini-antibody able to induce antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity via activation of CD16. …”

Fine-grained point cloud classification based on hierarchical feature enhancement. Journal of Zhejiang University (Science Edition),2025,52(1):70⁃80(基于层次特征增强的细粒度点云分类)...
Published 2025-01-01“…The Veronese mapping-based point feature enhancement module (V-PE) is used to enhance the point cloud data, so that the network learns higher-order information of the normal and the attitude; the multi-scale context-aware intra-cluster feature enhancement module (CA-IntraCE) utilizes different scales of K-nearest neighbor algorithms and cross-attention to achieve different scales of features and eliminate the loss of information caused by maximal pooling; the inter-cluster feature enhancement module (GSS-InterCE) based on grouped sparse sampling utilizes the furthest-point-sampling (FPS) algorithm to obtain sparse points and the cross-attention to achieve the enhancement of different clusters, so that the network has stronger fine-grained discriminative ability. In the experimental results on the three sub-datasets Airplane, Car, and Chair of FG3D, the overall accuracies of HFE-Net reach 97.40%, 80.53%, and 83.83%, respectively, which have ex-ceeded those of the existing SOTA methods, DC-Net and FGPNet, showcasing the superior classification performance of HFE-Net.…”

Mechanical response characteristics and damage mechanism of water-containing mudstone under low strain rate dynamic loading
Published 2024-12-01“…The results show that: ① low strain rate dynamic loading still has a weakening effect on the strength of mudstone, the ability of mudstone to resist the disturbance of dynamic loading decreases with the increase of water content, dynamic loading rate, and strength, and the strength damage reaches the maximum of 28.47%, 59.76%, and 31.56%, respectively. ② The acoustic emission characteristic parameter law shows that during the loading process, the mudstone has gone through four fracture evolution stages: initial damage, damage intensification, damage quiescence (exacerbation), and damage development, and the Kaiser effect is more obvious at the lower level of each factor in the dynamic loading perturbation stage, and the Felicity effect is more significant at the higher level of each factor. ③ The loading strain and plastic strain of the mudstone under the initial dynamic load disturbance are the largest, and the time of the second significant damage of the mudstone is advanced at higher levels of each factor. …”
