Azimuthal Anisotropy in High-Energy Nuclear Collision: An Approach Based on Complex Network Analysis
Published 2018-01-01“…Here we attempt to correlate the conventional physical significance of this coefficient with respect to complex network systems, with some basic notions of particle production phenomenology, like clustering and correlation. …”

LHC Signatures of Vector-Like Quarks
Published 2013-01-01“…This work provides an overview on the current status of phenomenology and searches for heavy vector-like quarks, which are predicted in many models of new physics beyond the Standard Model. …”

FastEEC: Fast evaluation of N-point energy correlators
Published 2025-02-01“…Energy correlators characterize the asymptotic energy flow in scattering events produced at colliders, from which the microscopic physics of the scattering can be deduced. This view of collisions is akin to analyzes of the Cosmic Microwave Background, and a range of promising phenomenological applications of energy correlators have been identified, including the study of hadronization, the deadcone effect, measuring αs and the top quark mass. …”

The revival of $$U(1)_{L_e-L_{\mu }}$$ U ( 1 ) L e - L μ : a natural solution for $$(g-2)_{\mu }$$ ( g - 2 ) μ with a sub-GeV dark matter
Published 2025-01-01“…The theory provides a natural framework to test the proposed DM phenomenology through electron excitation signals. Moreover, the DM-specific observables and $$(g-2)_\mu $$ ( g - 2 ) μ being connected through the New Physics (NP) parameters, the future beam dump experiments hunting for light, feebly interacting particles and the DM direct detection experiments are complementary to each other for constraining/falsifying the model.…”

B ¯ → D ¯ D $$ \overline{B}\to \overline{D}D $$ decays and the extraction of f d /f u at hadron colliders
Published 2024-01-01“…These results include all relevant suppressed contributions, thereby providing upper limits on subleading Standard Model (SM) effects like “penguin pollution”, enabling searches for physics beyond the SM. Importantly, allowing in the same fit for the production fractions of charged and neutral B mesons to be different, we find f d /f u = 0.86 ± 0.05, which is 2.5σ away from unity, which, if confirmed, would have important phenomenological consequences.…”
