Research on multi-bit decoding algorithms for polar codes by Zhouqing SHEN, Junna SHANG

    Published 2018-11-01
“…Aiming at the problem of high delay of successive cancellation lists (SCL) decoding algorithm for polar codes,a multi-bit SCL (MSCL) decoding algorithm based on log-likelihood ratio was proposed. The multiple codeword bits could be decoded simultaneously at a single decision time.Without loss of SCL decoding performance, the decoding delay was reduced from 3N-2 clocks to 4N/M-2 clocks.Compared with the existing multi-bit SCL decoding algorithm, the MSCL decoding algorithm had a lower complexity of the path metric calculation. In order to reduce the decoding delay and memory space of the cyclical redundancy check (CRC) assisted SCL (CA-SCL) decoding algorithm,a segmented CRC assisted MSCL (SCA-MSCL) decoding algorithm was proposed, and a segmentation information codeword length correction algorithm was proposed.By adjusting the length of the relevant segment, the information bit index set A was guaranteed.Under the same premise, the corresponding information bit index at the end of each segment could be divisible by M.The SCA-MSCL algorithm could output decoded code words as early as possible by using multiple CRC decisions, thereby reducing the decoder’s storage space and decoding delay.…”

Research on Thermal Structure Field of Magnetorheological Device Under Multiple Working Condition by Song Chen, Jing Yang, Jin Huang

    Published 2019-08-01
“…The shear stress, the thermal magnetization, the viscosity and the rheological properties of the magnetorheological fluid are significantly reduced under high temperature, and the damage of the thermal stress produced by the high temperature to the chain structure of the magnetorheological fluid seriously affected the transmission performance of the magnetorheological transmission.Based on the nonlinear relationship between shear modulus and magnetic field strength, the elastic modulus of magnetorheological fluid under the action of magnetic field is calculated. The temperature, thermal deformation and the distribution law of the equivalent thermal stress in the magnetorheological fluid gap are studied under the condition of the slip and the power loss of the excitation coil and the influence of the slip power, current, gap width and the winding series of the excitation coil on it is discussed. The results show that both the slip power and the excitation coil current will cause a significant increase in the temperature of the magnetorheological fluid, and the resulting thermal deformation has little influence on the structure, and the equivalent thermal stress is greatly affected. There are obvious differences in the equivalent thermal stress distribution between the working gap and the no working gap of MRF.The performance of magnetorheological transmission device can be improved by changing the width of the gap and the series of windings under the condition of constant slip and current.…”

Grey Prediction of Mountainous Runoff of Datengxia Based on R/S Analysis by CUI Yanhua, WANG Li, WU Wenqiang

    Published 2022-01-01
“…Grey prediction model has been widely used in studies on surface hydrological series, but it has not been mentioned in studies on the mountainous runoff of Datengxia.According to the annual measured data of mountainous runoff of Datengxia from 1932 to 2021,the GM (1,1) grey prediction model is established first. Then R/S analysis is carried out to calculate the Hurst index and the average cycle period T of the mountainous runoff series of Datengxia. After that, the grey prediction of the mountainous runoff of Datengxia is performed within a cycle T based on R/S-GM (1,1) model. The results show that the cycle period T of the mountainous runoff of Datengxia is nine years, and the model accuracy of GM (1,1) and R/S-GM (1,1) models is 84.38% and 87.46%,respectively,with a prediction accuracy of 86.28% and 92.54%,respectively.The grey prediction accuracy of R/S-GM (1,1) model is significantly higher than that of GM (1,1) model. This method has provided a new method for scientifically predicting the mountainous runoff of Datengxia.…”

The Principle of Independence in the Fulfillment of Tax Obligations in the Context of Digitalization of the Economy by O. I. Lyutova

“…The study considers the conceptual problem of transforming the content of one of the principles of the institution of tax liability — the independence of its execution — in the context of its development in the information environment and in the conditions of the active use of modern digital technologies in the implementation of tax relations. It is proved that in the modern realities of the digital transformation of taxation in the field of legal regulation of the principle of independence of the fulfillment of the tax obligation, two interrelated trends are realized: firstly, the delegation of the obligation to calculate taxes to the tax authority not only in relation to individuals, but also for organizations and individual entrepreneurs; secondly, there is an expansion of the list of powers of tax authorities related to the fulfillment of the obligation to pay tax.The author analyzes various novelties of the tax legislation of the Russian Federation from the point of view of the use by the legislator of the principle of independence in regulating the tax legal relations of the digital era. …”

App-DDoS detection method using partial binary tree based SVM algorithm by Bin ZHANG, Zihao LIU, Shuqin DONG, Lixun LI

    Published 2018-03-01
“…As it ignored the detection of ramp-up and pulsing type of application layer DDoS (App-DDoS) attacks in existing flow-based App-DDoS detection methods,an effective detection method for multi-type App-DDoS was proposed.Firstly,in order to fast count the number of HTTP GET for users and further support the calculation of feature parameters applied in detection method, the indexes of source IP address in multiple time windows were constructed by the approach of Hash function. Then the feature parameters by combining SVM classifiers with the structure of partial binary tree were trained hierarchically, and the App-DDoS detection method was proposed with the idea of traversing binary tree and feedback learning to distinguish non-burst normal flow, burst normal flow and multi-type App-DDoS flows. The experimental results show that compared with the conventional SVM-based and naïve-Bayes-based detection methods, the proposed method has more excellent detection performance and can distinguish specific App-DDoS types through subdividing attack types and training detection model layer by layer.…”

Reversible data hiding in encrypted image based on bit-plane compression of prediction error by Youqing WU, Wenjing MA, Zhaoxia YIN, Yinyin PENG, Xinpeng ZHANG

    Published 2022-08-01
“…To further improve the performance of reversible data hiding in encrypted image, an algorithm for lossless compression of the prediction error bit-plane using joint encoding was proposed, which could make full use of image redundancy and reserve more embedding room.Firstly, the image owner calculated the prediction error of the image and divided the prediction error bit-plane into non-overlapping blocks of the same size. Then, the prediction error bit-plane was rearranged according to blocks and the rearranged bitstream was compressed by run-length encoding and Huffman encoding to reserve room. The data hider embedded information in the reserved room of the encrypted image. At the receiving end, the legitimate receiver extracted information and recovered images losslessly and separately.Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm makes full use of the bit-plane distribution characteristics and achieves higher embedding performance. The average embedding rates in BOSSbase and BOWS-2 datasets reach 3.763 bpp and 3.642 bpp, which are at least 0.081 bpp and 0.058 bpp higher than the state-of-the-art algorithms.…”
