Intelligent temperature detection system based on“5G+AI”
Published 2022-05-01“…An intelligent temperature measurement solution based on “5G+AI” for the prevention and control of epidemic situation in COVID-19 was presented.Intelligent temperature measurement has a wide range of application scenarios in areas with dense traffic such as airports, railway stations and stations.A new AI temperature measurement architecture was proposed.The camera and infrared thermometer was used to measure temperature.The preprocessing module included image decoding, color space transformation, image correction and image normalization.Head detection model need to undergo off-line model training.Finally, through the temperature calculation module, the structured information was output.The development process of the model included data collection and annotation, model construction, model training, model optimization and model deployment.A comprehensive intelligent temperature measurement system was constructed, which integrated 5G temperature measurement hardware, OneNET access platform, monitoring application platform and mobile App.Finally, “5G+AI” intelligent temperature measurement products were successfully deployed in many cities and different application scenarios across the country.…”

Network traffic multi-step prediction based on chaos theory and improved echo state network
Published 2016-03-01“…Network traffic prediction was an important problem of network management and network congestion control.In order to solve this problem,a network traffic prediction method based on chaos theory and improved echo state net-work was proposed.Firstly,network traffic sample with differe time scale were analyzed by 0-1 test algorithm for chaos and maximum Lyapunov exponent,the calculation results show that the network traff has chaotic characteristics in different time scale.The phase space reconstruction technique was introduced for the prediction of network traffic,the delay time was determined through the C-C method,the embedding dimension was determined through the G-P algo-rithm.Network traffic time series was processed with phase space reconstruction,the multi-step prediction of network traffic was achieved by an improved echo state network.In order to improve the prediction precision,the key dynamic reservoir and prediction parameters of echo state network were optimized by an improved harmony search algorithm.Through the simulation on public and actual network traffic data,the results verify the proposed prediction method has higher prediction accuracy and smaller prediction error.…”

Published 2015-01-01“…Aiming at feature identification of weak signal for rolling bearing fault,an adaptive redundant lifting scheme packet( ARLSP) diagnostic method of undecimated operation was proposed to solve the faults distortion that caused by traditional wavelet packet or lifting wavelet transform using sample operation.ARLSP was based on the principle of lifting scheme.Initial undecimated prediction and update operator were calculated by Lagrange interpolating subdivision,and then constructed an ARLSP decomposition and reconstruction algorithm.Simulation signals were tried out by denoising and anti frequency aliasing,results show that ARLSP method was superior to the traditional wavelet packet in denoising capabilities,and there are no frequency aliasing.Moreover,taking an experiment on an asynchronous motor,the vibration signals of the rolling bearings 6205 under conditions of no fault,the inner ring fault,outer ring fault and rolling fault were measured.ARLSP method has been successfully used to extract characteristic frequency and frequency multiplication for various faults,and has got a higher diagnostic accuracy than traditional wavelet packet.…”
