Joint recommendation algorithm based on tensor completion and user preference by Zhi XIONG, Kai XU, Lingru CAI, Weihong CAI

    Published 2019-12-01
“…Aiming at the problem that existing recommendation algorithms have little regard for user preference, and the recommendation result is not satisfactory,a joint recommendation algorithm based on tensor completion and user preference was proposed.First,a user-item-category 3-dimensional tensor was built based on user-item scoring matrix and item-category matrix. Then, the Frank-Wolfe algorithm was used for iterative calculation to fill in the missing data of the tensor. At the same time,a user category preference matrix and a scoring preference matrix were built based on the 3-dimensional tensor. Finally,a joint recommendation algorithm was designed based on the completed tensor and the two preference matrices, and the differential evolution algorithm was used for parameter tuning. The experimental results show that compared with some typical and newly proposed recommendation algorithms, the proposed algorithm is superior to the compare algorithms, the precision is improved by 1.96% ~ 3.44% on average, and the recall rate is improved by 1.35%~2.40% on average.…”

GAD:topology-aware time series anomaly detection by Qi QI, Runye SHEN, Jingyu WANG

    Published 2020-06-01
“…To solve the problems of anomaly detection, intelligent operation, root cause analysis of node equipment in the network,a graph-based gated convolutional codec anomaly detection model was proposed for time series data such as link delay, network throughput, and device memory usage.Considering the real-time requirements of network scenarios and the impact of network topology connections on time series data, the time dimension features of time series were extracted in parallel based on gated convolution and the spatial dependencies were mined through graph convolution. After the encoder composed of the spatio-temporal feature extraction module encoded the original input time series data, the decoder composed of the convolution module was used to reconstruct the time series data. The residuals between the original data and the reconstructed data were further used to calculate the anomaly score and detect anomalies.Experiments on public data and simulation platforms show that the proposed model has higher recognition accuracy than the current time series anomaly detection benchmark algorithm.…”

Service recommendation method based on context-embedded support vector machine by Chenyang ZHAO, Junling WANG

    Published 2019-09-01
“…Combined with contexts and SVM,a service recommendation method based on context-embedded support vector machine (SRM-CESVM) was proposed.Firstly, according to the different contexts, the user rating matrix was modified to make it with embedded contexts.Secondly, the rating vectors with embedded contexts were used as service feature vectors to construct training set, meanwhile the dimension of service feature vector were not increased by the introduction of contexts.Thirdly,a separation hyperplane for active user was acquired based on training set using SVM,and then the SVM prediction model was built. Finally, the distances between the feature vector points representing the active users' unused services and the hyperplane were calculated.Considering the distances and the recommendation of similar users, the service list was recommended. The experimental results further demonstrate that the proposed method has better recommendation accuracy under different rating matrix densities and can reduce recommendation time.…”
