Mechanical and Electrical Properties of Polylactic Acid with Aliphatic-Aromatic Polyester by Katsuyoshi Shinyama

    Published 2018-01-01
“…Assuming an application where polylactic acid (PLA), a hard bioplastic, is used to sheath electrical wire, the author added 20 wt% of aliphatic-aromatic polyester or polybutyrate adipate terephthalate (PBAT), a soft resin, to PLA and then investigated the softened PLA’s mechanical and electrical properties. As a result of adding PBAT to PLA, Tg shifted to about 10°C lower than PLA. …”

Cross-network access control mechanism for complex network environment by Fenghua LI, Tianzhu CHEN, Zhen WANG, Linjie ZHANG, Guozhen SHI, Yunchuan GUO

    Published 2018-02-01
“…,integration of multi-network and information flow in cross-network.These characteristics bring access control for complex network environment the new requirement of coarse-grained control, sticky policies and inconsistent operation semantics. To satisfy these requirements,cross-network access control mechanism in complex network environments (CACCN) was designed by mapping the cyberspace-oriented access control.First of all,the process of mapping was illustrated using the example of space-ground integrated networks.Next,a management model was proposed to manage the control elements in CACCN and a series of management functions were designed by using Z-notation.The analysis on practical example demonstrates that the mechanism can satisfy a series of access control requirements.…”

Blind audio watermarking mechanism based on variational Bayesian learning by Xin TANG, Zhao-feng MA, Xin-xin NIU, Yi-xian YANG

    Published 2015-01-01
“…In order to improve the performance of audio watermarking detection,a blind audio watermarking mechanism using the statistical characteristics based on MFCC features of audio frames was proposed. The spread spectrum watermarking was embedded in the DCT coefficients of audio frames.MFCC features extracted from watermarked audio frames as well as un-watermarked ones were trained to establish their Gaussian mixture models and to estimate the parameters by vatiational Bayesian learning method respectively. The watermarking was detected according to the maximum likelihood principle. The experimental results show that our method can lower the false detection rate compared with the method using EM algorithm when the audio signal was under noise and malicious attacks. Also, the experiments show that the proposed method achieves better performance in handling insufficient training data as well as getting rid of over-fitting problem.…”
