Exploring the interactions and driving factors among typical ecological risks based on ecosystem services: A case study in the Sichuan-Yunnan ecological barrier area
Published 2025-01-01“…However, previous studies have focused more on the improvement and practical application of assessment methods, while the interactions between different ER and their driving mechanisms remain unclear. Thus, this paper examined the Sichuan-Yunnan ecological barrier area and constructed an ER characterization method based on the relative loss of ecosystem services, analyzed the dynamic changes of single risk (i.e., soil conservation risk (SC_R), grain production risk (GP_R), carbon storage risk (CS_R), water yield risk (WY_R), habitat quality risk (HQ_R)) and comprehensive risk from 2000 to 2020, and explored the interactions between ER and their driving factors by using correlation analysis, spatial autocorrelation, self-organization method and geo-detector. …”

Muscarinic acetylcholine type 1 receptor antagonism activates TRPM3 to augment mitochondrial function and drive axonal repair in adult sensory neurons
Published 2025-02-01“…Objective: Antagonism of the muscarinic acetylcholine type 1 receptor (M1R) promotes sensory axon repair and is protective in peripheral neuropathy, however, the mechanism remains elusive. We investigated the role of the heat-sensing transient receptor potential melastatin-3 (TRPM3) cation channel in M1R antagonism-mediated nerve regeneration and explored the potential of TRPM3 activation to facilitate axonal plasticity. …”

Predictive value of integrated pulmonary index for the outcome of ventilator withdrawal failure in elderly patients with hypoxic respiratory failure
Published 2025-01-01“…ROC curves showed that the AUC was 0.820 [95% CI: 0.719-0.920, P<0.001] , the sensitivity was 70.3%, the specificity was 82.6%, the maximum Youden index was 0.529, and the optimal cut-off value for IPI score was 4.77 scores. The duration of mechanical ventilation, ICU stay, and total hospital stay in patients with IPI<4.77 scores were longer than those in patients with IPI ≥ 4.77 scores, and the tracheotomy rate in patients with IPI<4.77 scores was higher than those in patients with IPI ≥ 4.77 scores. …”

SDF-1α Facilitates Mesenchymal Stem Cells to Induce Regulatory B Cell Differentiation from Patients with Immune Thrombocytopenia
Published 2021-01-01“…Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been demonstrated in the ability to induce immunosuppression, and stromal cell-derived factor-1α (SDF-1α) plays an important role in the migration and survival of MSCs. To investigate the mechanism of SDF-1α in controlling umbilical cord-derived MSCs (UC-MSCs) in inducing regulatory B cell differentiation of patients with ITP, we reconfirmed that SDF-1α promotes the proliferation of MSCs at the low doses of 0.05 μg/mL and 0.1 μg/mL but inhibits the proliferation and promotes the apoptosis of UC-MSCs at the high doses 0.5 μg/mL and 1 μg/mL; when UC-MSCs are cocultured with SDF-1α at 0.1 μg/mL, the decreased proportion of CD19+/CD24hi/CD38hi cells and IL-10-producing B cells (B 10 cell), considered as the Breg subset from ITP significantly enhanced, and the content of IL-10 in the supernatant is also obviously increased. …”
